Penurunan nilai instrumen keuangan
Pada tanggal 1 Januari 2010, Bank menentukan penurunan nilai instrumen keuangan berdasarkan kondisi pada saat itu berdasarkan PSAK 55 (Revisi 2006). Selisih antara penurunan nilai ini dengan penurunan nilai yang ditentukan berdasarkan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku sebelumnya diakui langsung ke saldo laba pada tanggal 1 Januari 2010.
Impairment of financial instruments
As at 1 January 2010, the Bank should determine any possible impairment of financial instruments based on conditions existing at that date in accordance with SFAS 55 (Revised 2006). Any difference between the impairment resulting from implementation of SFAS 55 (Revised 2006) and the impairment calculated based on previous applicable accounting principles is recognised in retained earnings at 1 January 2010.
Sebagai akibat penerapan awal PSAK 55 (Revisi 2006) secara prospektif, pada tanggal 1 Januari 2010, Bank telah melakukan perhitungan kembali cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai aset keuangan sesuai dengan ketentuan transisi. Perbedaan antara saldo cadangan tersebut per 31 Desember 2009 dengan saldo cadangan yang dihitung berdasarkan PSAK 55 (Revisi 2006) per 1 Januari 2010 untuk semua aset keuangan sejumlah Rp 644 telah didebitkan ke saldo laba awal per 1 Januari 2010. Rincian penyesuaian terhadap saldo penyisihan piutang ragu-ragu dan saldo laba adalah sebagai berikut:
As a result of the initial and prospective implementation of SFAS 55 (Revised 2006), on 1 January 2010, the Bank has recalculated the allowance for impairment losses of all financial assets in accordance with transitional provisions. The difference between the balances of such allowance as at 31 December 2009 and the required allowance calculated based on SFAS 55 (Revised 2006) for all financial assets as at 1 January 2010 totalled Rp 644 was debited to the opening balance of retained earnings as at 1 January 2010. Penyesuaian transisi di atas berasal dari perhitungan kerugian penurunan nilai atas aset keuangan sesuai dengan PSAK No. 55 (Revisi 2006). Dasar penghitungan kerugian penurunan nilai dapat dilihat pada Catatan 2c.
The above transitional adjustments were derived from the reassessment of impairment losses for financial assets in accordance with SFAS No. 55 (Revised 2006). The basis for reassessment of impairment losses is detailed in Note 2c.

PSAK 60 (Revisi 2010) mensyaratkan
pengungkapan yang lebih ekstensif atas risiko keuangan apabila dibandingkan dengan PSAK 50 (Revisi 2006), “Instrumen Keuangan: Penyajian dan Pengungkapan”. Pengungkapan tersebut antara lain:
SFAS 60 (Revised 2010) requires more extensive disclosure of the entity’s financial risk management compared to SFAS 50 (Revised 2006), “Financial Instruments: Presentation and Disclosures”. The requirements consist of the followings:
a. Instrumen keuangan yang signifikan atas posisi keuangan dan performa entitas. Pengungkapan ini sejalan dengan pengungkapan sesuai dengan PSAK 50 (Revisi 2006).
a. The significance of financial instruments for an entity’s financial position and performance. These disclosures incorporate many of the requirements previously in SFAS 50 (Revised 2006).
b. Informasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif atas eksposur risiko yang timbul dari instrumen keuangan, termasuk pengungkapan minimum atas risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas dan risiko pasar. Pengungkapan kualitatif menjelaskan tujuan manajemen, kebijakan dan proses untuk mengelola risiko tersebut. Pengungkapan kuantitatif menjelaskan informasi tentang batas risiko yang dihadapi entitas, berdasarkan informasi yang disiapkan secara internal kepada personel manajemen kunci.
b. Qualitative and quantitative information about exposure to risks arising from financial instruments, including specified minimum disclosures about credit risk, liquidity risk and market risk. The qualitative disclosures describe
management’s objectives, policies and
processes for managing those risks. The quantitative disclosures provide information about the extent to which the entity is exposed to risk, based on information provided internally to the entity’s key management personnel.
