Total aset Perusahaan Anda per 31 Desember 2013 sebesar Rp 18.015,34 miliar, turun 5,10% dibandingkan Rp18.983,33 miliar di tahun 2012. Perubahan pada total aset ini disebabkan adanya perubahan pada aset lancar dan aset tidak lancar sebagai berikut:
Aset Lancar
Aset lancar per tanggal 31 Desember 2013 menurun 8,67% dibanding tahun sebelumnya menjadi Rp 3.459,89 miliar, terutama dikarenakan oleh penurunan piutang usaha dari pihak ketiga sebesar 66,04% dan penurunan persediaan sebesar 32,00%. Sedangkan piutang lain-lain pihak ketiga dan pihak berelasi mengalami peningkatan masing-masing sebesar 20,26% dan 9,39%. Tahun 2013 ini Perusahaan Anda mencatat aset tidak lancar yang dimiliki untuk dijual senilai Rp 2.533,03 miliar, memiliki nilai yang sama dengan tahun 2012.
Aset Tidak Lancar
Aset tidak lancar secara keseluruhan per tanggal 31 Desember 2013 mengalami penurunan 4,21% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya menjadi Rp 14.555,44 miliar, mencakup penurunan piutang pihak berelasi sebesar 22,47%, penurunan tanaman menghasilkan sebesar 9,73%, penurunan tanaman belum menghasilkan 29,29%, dan penurunan goodwill sebesar 5,90%. Sedangkan aset pajak tangguhan Perusahaan Anda meningkat 239,72% menjadi Rp 943,21 miliar dibandingkan Rp 277,65 miliar di tahun 2012, dan terdapat
peningkatan aset tetap sebesar 5,07%.

Total liabilitas Perusahaan Anda per tanggal 31 Desember 2013 sebesar Rp 13.148,14 miliar, naik 18,78% dibandingkan Rp 11.068,93 miliar di tahun 2012.

Your Company’s total assets as of 31 December 2013 amounted to IDR 18,015.34 billion, decreased by 5.10% compared to IDR 18,983.33 billion in 2012. Changes in total assets were due to changes in current assets and non-current assets as follows:
Current Assets
Current assets as of 31 December 2013 decreased by 8.67% compared to the previous year to IDR 3,459.89 billion, particularly due to 66.04% decrease in trade receivables from third parties and 32.00% decrease in inventory. Meanwhile other recevaibles from third parties and related parties increased by 20.26% and 9.39% respectively. In 2013, Your Company recorded non-current assets classified as held for sale amounting to IDR 2,533.03 billion, the same amount as in 2012.
Non-Current Assets
As of 31 December 2013, non-current assets showed an overall 4.21% decrease compared to the previous year, down to IDR 14,555.44 billion, covering 22.47% decrease in due from related parties, 9.73% decrease in the value of mature plantations, 29.29% decrease in immature plantations, and 5.90% decrease in goodwill. Your Company deferred tax assets increased by 239.72% to IDR 943.21 billion compared to IDR 277.65 billion in 2012, and there was a 5.07% increase in fixed assets.
Liabilities

65 Perubahan total liabilitas ini dijelaskan dari perubahan
liabilitas jangka pendek dan liabilitas jangka panjang: Liabilitas Jangka Pendek
Per tanggal 31 Desember 2013 liabilitas jangka pendek Perusahaan Anda menjadi Rp 6.359,39 miliar, meningkat 111,91% dibandingkan tahun 2012 Rp 3.001,00 miliar. Perubahan ini mencakup:
• Porsi hutang jangka panjang yang jatuh tempo dalam satu tahun menjadi Rp 3.675,89 miliar, meningkat 490,72% dibandingkan Rp 622,27 miliar per tanggal 31 Desember 2012.
• Hutang pajak Rp 893,40 miliar, naik 2,42% dibandingkan Rp 872,27 miliar tahun 2012.
• Beban yang masih harus dibayar tercatat meningkat sebesar 63,55%, dari Rp 395,49 miliar tahun 2012 menjadi Rp 646,81 miliar per tanggal 31 Desember 2013. Beban yang masih harus dibayar meliputi bunga, pembelian, gaji, upah dan tunjangan, jasa profesional, dana pensiun dan lain-lain.
• Peningkatan pada uang muka penjualan menjadi Rp 600,66 miliar, naik 8,71% dibandingkan tahun 2012 Rp 552,54 miliar. Uang muka penjualan ini atas produk karet, minyak kelapa sawit, inti sawit, tandan buah segar dan kayu karet serta aset perkebunan. • Perubahan hutang usaha dari pihak ketiga, yang
tercatat sebesar Rp 333,13 miliar per tanggal 31 Desember 2013, turun 0,88% dibandingkan Rp 336,08 miliar di 2012. Hutang usaha ini merupakan hutang untuk pembelian bahan baku, bahan kimia, pupuk, suku cadang dan peralatan lain.
Liabilitas Jangka Panjang
Total liabilitas jangka panjang Perusahaan Anda per tanggal 31 Desember 2013 adalah Rp 6.788,74 miliar turun 15,86% dibandingkan Rp 8,067,93 miliar di tahun 2012. Perubahan liabilitas jangka panjang ini dijelaskan dari:
• Hutang jangka panjang yang jatuh tempo dalam kurun waktu lebih dari satu tahun sebesar Rp 6.741,75 miliar tahun 2013, turun 15,84% dari Rp 8.010,65 miliar tahun 2012.
• Imbalan kerja karyawan sebesar Rp 42,50 miliar tahun 2013, meningkat 55,45% dari tahun 2012 sebesar Rp 27,34 miliar.

Short-Term Liabilities
As of 31 December 2013 Your Company’s short-term liabilities amounted to IDR 6,359.39 billion, a 111.91% increase compared to IDR 3,001.00 billion in 2012. The change covered:
• Long-term debts due within one year was IDR 3,675.89 billion, a 490.72% increase compared to IDR 622.27 billion as of 31 December 2012. • Taxes payable was IDR 893.40 billion, a 2.42%
increase compared to IDR 872.27 billion in 2012. • A 63.55% increase in accrued expenses, from
IDR 395.49 billion in 2012 to IDR 646.81 billion as of 31 December 2013. The accrued expenses included accrued interests, purchases, salaries, wages and allowances, professional services, pension funds and others.
• A 8.71% increase in advances on sales to IDR 600.66 billion as of 31 December 2013, compared to IDR 552.54 billion in 2012. This advances on sales covered rubber products, palm oil, palm kernel, fresh fruit bunches and rubber wood and plantation assets.
• Changes in third-party trade payables, which amounted to IDR 333.13 billion as of 31 December 2013, decreased by 0.88%, compared to IDR 336.08 billion in 2012. This trade payables covered loans for the purchase of raw materials, chemicals, fertilizers, spare parts and other equipment.
Long-Term Liabilities
Your Company’s total long-term liabilities as of 31 December 2013 amounted to IDR 6,788.74 billion, decreased by 15.86% compared to IDR 8,067.93 billion in 2012. The change in the long-term liabilities covered: • Long-term debts due in more than one year
amounted to IDR 6,741.75 billion in 2013, 15.84% lower than IDR 8,010.65 billion in 2012.
• Employment benefits amounted to IDR 42.50 billion, 55.45% higher than IDR 27.34 million in 2012.

• Net deferred tax liabilities was IDR 4.22 billion, decreased by 85.72% from IDR 29.58 billion in 2012. • Lease payables amounted to IDR 272.97 billion,
22.62% lower than IDR 352.74 million in 2012.
Revenue (Net Sales)
Your Company’s net sales from continuing operations in 2013 were recorded at IDR 2,076.49 billion, decreased 16.45% compared to the 2012 figure of IDR 2,485.43 billion, related to decreased sales of Rubber and Oleochemicals business segments by 17.72% and 98.69% respectively, although there was a 0.59% increase in the slaes of the Palm business segments. The decreased sales of Your Company were affected by the decreasing CPO and PK market prices in 2013 by 14.51% and 10.33% respectively, a 21.21% decrease in rubber prices and a 71.08% decrease in prices of oleochemical products. The price decreases were caused by the prolonged economic crisis in Europe which affects the decrease in the commodity prices in the international market, as well by the inconducive and unpredictable climate changes which affected the plantation yields. Heavy rainfalls also led to decreased rubber production, constraining the rubber tapping process. These external factors also caused the decrease in plantation yields and third-party purchases. In 2013, the CPO and PK production decreased by 26.81% and 31.00%, while rubber decreased by 14.69%.
