Perseroan melaksanakan kebijakan-kebijakan sistem pengendalian internal yang terintegrasi dengan pengendalian keuangan dan operasional serta kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan yang berlaku. Hal ini merupakan upaya Perseroan dalam meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola Perusahaan yang sejalan dengan pengelolaan kinerja bisnis dan mampu mengantarkan perusahaan mencapai kinerja yang berkeberlanjutan.
Audit Internal
Peran Audit Internal adalah untuk memberikan jaminan dalam efektifitas dan kecakapan sistem pengawasan internal perusahaan. Audit Internal diatur oleh Pedoman Audit Internal yang memberikan kewenangan kepada Audit Internal untuk menjalankan berbagai kegiatan pengawasan internal.
Dalam mengawasi proses pengendalian internal, Direksi dibantu oleh Audit Internal, yang membantu memastikan kepada Dewan Komisaris, Direksi dan Komite Audit bahwa seluruh risiko usaha telah diidentifikasi dan dikendalikan melalui sistem pengendalian internal yang efisien dan efektif. Meskipun demikian, penting untuk disadari bahwa sistem pengendalian yang ada hanya dapat memberikan keyakinan yang memadai dan tidak memberikan jaminan sepenuhnya terhadap salah saji atau kerugian yang material.
Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, Audit Internal melaksanakan kegiatan berikut: audit operasional, audit laporan keuangan dan proses akuntansi, audit kepatuhan, membangun hubungan dan koordinasi dengan Auditor Independen dan Komite Audit serta mengajukan rekomendasi, usulan dan memonitor implementasinya.
Untuk menguji dan memastikan kualitas sistem pengendalian internal Perseroan, Audit Internal Perseroan melaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan audit dan pengujian, berdasarkan Rencana Audit Tahunan yang telah diarahkan oleh Direksi. Pada kasus-kasus tertentu yang bersifat mendesak dan penting serta tersedia sumber daya manusia untuk melakukan penugasan tersebut, Direktur Utama dapat memberikan penugasan audit khusus, diluar yang telah ditetapkan dalam Rencana Audit Tahunan.

To oversee the implementation of internal control the Board of Directors reviews the internal control system implementation which is conducted by the Internal Audit.
The Company conducts integrated internal control system policies with operation and finance control and compliance in accordance with the prevailing regulation. This is the effort of Company in improving the quality of Company’s management which is in line with management of business performance and able to assist the Company in achieving sustainable performance.
Internal Audit
The role of the Internal Audit is to provide assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of the Company’s internal control systems. It is guided by the Internal Audit Charter which empowers the Internal Audit to carry out a wide range of internal audit activities.
In supervising the internal control, the Board of Directors is assisted by the Internal Audit. This function shall provide assurance to the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and the Audit Committees that business risks are identified and managed through effective and efficient systems of internal control. However, it is essential to realize that any control system can only provide reasonable and not absolute assurance against any material misstatement or loss.
To carry out its task, the Internal Audit perform the following activities, operational audit, financial statement and accounting process audit, compliance audit, building a partnership and coordinate with the Independent Auditor and the Audit Committee as well as proposing recommendations, positive suggestions and monitor the implementation.
In order to ensure the quality of the internal control system, the Company’s Internal Audit Department conducts a series of audits and reviews based on the Annual Audit Plan agreed by the Board of Directors. In certain urgent and important cases in which particular human resources available to carry out such task, the President Director can give a special audit assignment, other than what has been stipulated in the Annual Audit Plan.
Acuan dalam pelaksanaan audit internal tersebut adalah Pedoman Audit Internal, kode etik Internal Auditor, dan standar praktek professional internal audit yang sejalan dengan International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing dari “The Institute of Internal Auditor”.
Adapun tugas dan kegiatan dari audit internal dalam Perusahaan sepanjang 2015 dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut:
1. Melakukan penilaian secara sistematis dan obyektif terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi operasi serta kontrol yang ada dalam perusahaan untuk menjamin keakuratan dan kebenaran informasi keuangan dan operasi.
2. Mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pengendalian internal sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan dalam standar operasional perusahaan.
3. Memastikan bahwa peraturan eksternal serta kebijakan dan prosedur internal yang bisa diterima telah diikuti.
4. Membuat laporan hasil temuan audit dan rekomendasi perbaikan kedepan serta menyampaikan laporan tersebut kepada Direktur Utama dan Dewan Komisaris.
5. Memantau, menganalisa dan melaporkan kepada Direktur Utama tentang pelaksanaan tindak lanjut perbaikan yang telah disarankan kepada manajemen unit operasional. Hal ini demi tercapainya peningkatan tujuan perusahaan.
6. Melakukan pemeriksaan khusus apabila diperlukan atau sesuai dengan permintaan Direktur Utama atau Dewan Komisaris.
Laporan hasil kegiatan Audit Internal disampaikan langsung kepada Direktur Utama yang selanjutnya akan dikomunikasikan kepada Dewan Komisaris dan Komite Audit serta pihak-pihak teraudit untuk ditindaklanjuti sebagaimana mestinya. Komite Audit akan melakukan peninjauan secara berkala terhadap laporan dan kegiatan Audit Internal untuk memastikan terpenuhinya standar mutu audit dan memonitor efektivitas atas tindak lanjut terhadap temuan dan rekomendasi Audit Internal.
Audit Internal juga berperan sebagai konsultan internal yang berperan sebagai mitra manajemen dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Dengan demikian, Audit Internal Perusahaan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap nilai tambah Perseroan.

The guidelines of Internal Audit implementation are contained in the Internal Audit Charter, Internal Auditor code of ethics, and standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, which conform to the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing from The Institute of Internal Auditors.
Tasks and activities, of the internal audit in the Company for 2015 can be described as follows:
1. Conducting a systematic and objective assessment on the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation and control in the company to insure the accuracy and truthfulness of the financial information and operation.
2. Evaluating the implementation of an internal control in accordance with the policy of the company as stated in the Operational Standard of the Company.
3. Ensuring that an external regulation, as well as an internal policy and procedure that can be accepted are in compliance.
4. Reporting the audit finding and recommendation for future improvement and conveying the report to the President Director and the Board of Commissioners. 5. Monitoring, analyzing and reporting to the President
Director on the implementation of the followed- up improvement that has been suggested to the operational unit management. This is aimed for the attainment of the company’s objective.
6. Conducting a special examination if needed or in accordance with the request of the President Director or the Board of Commissioners.
An outcome report of the Internal Audit activities is directly conveyed to the President Director and which will then be communicated to the Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee and auditee to be followed up as expected. The Audit Committee will make a periodic review on reports and activities of the Internal Audit to ensure that the audit quality standard is fulfilled and to monitor the effectiveness of the follow-up on the finding and recommendation of the Internal Audit.
The Internal Audit also has a role as an internal consultant acting as a management partner in improving the performance of the Company. Thus, the Corporate Internal Audit can give contribution on an added value of the Company.

The position of Head of Internal Audit is held by Maryana Widjaja, who was appointed by virtue of the Board of Director’s decree dated 29 January 2014.
