Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Erni Rohaini, SH, MBA., No. 3 tanggal 8 Mei 2017 mengenai Berita Acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perusahaan, dimana Pemegang Saham menyetujui penerbitan 1.000.000.000 lembar saham seri B baru, yang masing-masing dengan nilai nominal Rp1.000 per lembar saham atau seluruhnya sebesar Rp1.000.000.000.000 (nilai penuh) yang diambil bagian seluruhnya oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebagai Penyertaan Modal Daerah sesuai Keputusan Gubernur Nomor 2732 Tahun 2016 tanggal 20 Desember 2016.
Perusahaan ini telah mendapat pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan Surat Keputusan No. AHU-AH.01.03-0184053 tanggal 25 Oktober 2017.

Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Erni Rohaini, SH, MBA No. 16 tanggal 26 September 2017 mengenai Peningkatan Modal Disetor, dimana Pemegang Saham menyetujui penerbitan 1.200.000.000 lembar saham seri B baru, yang masing-masing dengan nilai nominal Rp1.000 (nilai penuh) atau seluruhnya sebesar Rp1.200.000.000.000 (nilai penuh) yang diambil bagian seluruhnya oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebagai Penyertaan Modal Daerah sesuai Keputusan Gubernur Nomor 849 Tahun 2017. Penambahan modal tersebut telah mendapatkan pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan Surat Keputusan No.

Hence, Company issued and paid-up capital amounted to 12,190,730,231 shares with a total nominal value of IDR 12,190,730,231,000 (full amount). This amendment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU-AH.01.03-0382345 dated September 4, 2020.

b. Uang Muka Setoran Modal
Pada tahun 2019, Perusahaan menerima
tambahan setoran modal dari Pemprov DKI Jakarta sebesar Rp1.200.000.000.000 (nilai penuh) yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta No. 403 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pencairan Penyertaan Modal Daerah Perusahaan Tahun Anggaran 2019 pada tanggal 4 Maret 2019.
b. Paid-in Capital Advances
In 2019, the Company received an additional capital injection from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government amounted of Rp1,200,000,000,000. (full amount) as stated in the Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province No. 403 of 2019 Concerning Disbursement of Regional Capital Participation of the Company for Fiscal Year 2019 on March 4, 2019.
Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Dr. Dewi Tenty Septi Artiany, SH. M.H., M.Kn. dengan nomor 31/VII/2020 perihal Akta Berita Acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa, tertuang pada nomor 36 dimana adanya Persetujuan Penambahan Penyertaan Modal oleh Pemprov DKI Jakarta, Perusahaan menerima tambahan setoran modal dari Pemprov DKI Jakarta sebesar Rp1.200.000.000.000 (nilai penuh).
Pada tahun 2020, Perusahaan menerima tambahan setoran modal dari Pemprov DKI Jakarta sebesar Rp1.382.000.000.000 (nilai penuh) yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta No. 1058 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pencairan Penyertaan Modal Daerah Perusahaan Tahun Anggaran 2020 pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2020.
Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Dr. Dewi Tenty Septy Artiany, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., No 23 tanggal 22 Desember 2020 mengenai Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), di mana Pemegang Saham menyetujui penerbitan 200.000.000 lembar saham seri B baru, masing-masing dengan nilai nominal Rp1.000 atau seluruhnya sebesar Rp200.000.000.000 (nilai penuh).
Total uang muka setoran modal yang diterima Perusahaan sampai dengan 31 Desember 2020 sebesar Rp1.182.000.000.000 (nilai penuh).

In 2020, the Company received an additional capital injection from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government amounted of Rp1,382,000,000,000 (full amount) as stated in the Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province No. 1058 of 2020 Concerning Disbursement of Regional Capital Participation of the Company for Fiscal Year 2020 on October 26, 2020.
Based on the Notary Deed of Dr. Dewi Tenty Septy Artiany, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., No 23 dated 22 December 2020 regarding the Decision Statement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), in which the Shareholders approved the issuance of 200,000,000 new series B shares, each with a nominal value of IDR 1,000 or a total of Rp200,000,000,000 (full amount).
The total advance payment for capital received by the Company as of December 31, 2020 is Rp1,182,000,000,000 (full amount).
