Hak keuangan pimpinan dan anggot a KPU beserta perangkat penyelenggara Pemilihan Umum lainnya serta pimpinan dan anggota Pengawas Pemilu diat ur dengan Peraturan Pemerintah.
Financial rights of leaders and members of KP U as well as other General Election executing apparatuses and leaders and members of the Ellection S upervis ors are regulated b y a government regulation.

Anggota KP U, KPU Provinsi, dan KPU Kabupaten/Kot a, serta anggota Pengawas P emilu dilarang menerima bantuan dari dalam negeri dan/atau luar negeri di luar APBN dan APBD unt uk kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan tahapan pelaksanaan Pemilu.
Members of KPU, Provincial KP U and Regenc y/City KPU as well as members of the Election Supervisors are prohibited from receiving assistance from the country and other country, outside the State Budget of Revenue and Expenditure (APBN) and Regional Budgets of Revenue and Expenditure (APB D) for activities relating to implementation of phas es of Election.

Pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dikenai sanksi pemberhentian sebagai anggota KP U, KPU P rovinsi, KPU K abupaten/Kota, atau anggo ta Pengawas Pemilu.
Any violation of the provision as referred to in paragraph (1) is subject to sanction in the form of dismissal from members of KPU, Provincial KP U and Regency/Cit y KP U as well as members of Election Supervisors.

Keputusan KPU yang merupakan pengaturan pelaksanaan undang -undang yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan Pemilu disampaikan kepada DPR, Presiden, dan disebarluaskan kepada masyarakat paling lambat 3 (tiga) hari setelah keputusan ters ebut ditet apkan.
Decisions of KPU, which constitute technical regulation of laws relating to the Elections are conveyed to the DPR, P resident and disseminated to the public wit hin not later than 3 (three) days after the dat e of stipulation of the decision.
(2) Keputusan KPU sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dapat dimint akan pengujian kepada Mahkamah Agung.

Apabila terdapat hal -hal luar biasa terhadap keanggotaan KPU sehingga KP U tidak dapat menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan ketentuan undang-undang, tahapan pelaksanaan Pemilu untuk sement ara tetap dilaksanakan oleh perangk at KPU yang ada.
If the membership of KPU faces force majeure thus KPU is unable to execute the task in accordance wit h the Provisions of law, phases of the Elections shall be temporarily conducted by the existing KP U apparatuses.

Dalam hal KPU tidak dapat menjalankan tugas nya sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1), dalam waktu paling lambat 1 (satu) bulan Presiden dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat harus segera mengambil langkah sehingga KPU dapat melaksanakan tugasnya kembali.

Pemantau Pemilu dari lembaga swadaya masyarakat dan bada n hukum luar negeri yang t elah mendapatkan akreditasi unt uk memant au Pemilu Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah harus melakukan pendaftaran ulang untuk memantau Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden.
The Election Observers of foreign non-governmental organizations and legal entity already acquiring accreditation to monitor the Election of the House of repsentatives, Regional Representative Council and Regional Legislative Councils must undertak e re-registration for monitoring the Election of the President and Vice-P resident

Panitia Pengawas Pemilu, Panitia P engawas Pemilu P rovinsi, Panitia P engawas Pemilu Kabupaten/Kota, dan Panitia P engawas Pemilu K ecamatan yang tugasnya berakhir selambat -lambatny a 1 (satu) bulan setelah seluruh tahapan penyelenggaraan Pemilu selesai sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 126 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2003 tentang Pemilihan Umum Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah diperpanjang masa tugasnya yang berakhir 30 (tiga puluh) hari setelah pengucapan sumpah atau janji P residen dan Wakil Presiden.
Regenc y/City Election Supervisory Committee and District Elections Supervisory Committee ending within not later than one month after all phases of Elections are completed, as regulated in Article 126 of Law No. 12 of 2003 concerning the General Election of Members of the house of representatives, Regional Representative Council and Regional legislative Council shall be extended up to 30 (thirty) days after the President and Vice President read out oath or promise.

PPK, PPLN, PPS, KPPS dan KPPSLN yang tugasnya berakhir sesuai dengan P asal 17 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2003 tentang Pemilihan Umum Anggot a Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah diperpanjang masa tugasnya yang berakhir 30 (tiga puluh) hari setelah pemungutan suara Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden.
The office term of PPK, PPLN, PPS, KPPS and KPPSLN ending in accordance with Article 17 of Law No. 12 of 2003 conc erning the General Election of Members of the House of Representatives, Regional Representatives Council and Regional Legislative Councils shall be extended upto 30 (thirty) days after the balloting for the Election of the President and Vice-President.
BAB XIV CHAPTE R XIV KETENTUA N PERALIHAN TRANSITIONAL PROVISION Pasal 101 Article 101
Khusus untuk Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden tahun 2004 partai politik atau gabungan partai politik yang memenuhi persyaratan perolehan suara pada Pemilu anggota DPR sekurang-kurangnya 3% (tiga persen) dari jumlah kursi DP R atau 5% (lima persen) dari perolehan suara sah sec ara nasional hasil Pemilu anggota DPR tahun 2004 dapat mengusulkan Pasangan Calon.

BAB XV CHAPTE R XV KETENTUA N PENUTUP CONCLUSION Pasal 103 Article 103
Undang-undang ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan.
This law shall come int o force as from the date of promulgation.
Agar setiap orang mengetahuinya, memerintahkan pengundangan Undang -undang ini dengan penempatannya dalam Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia.
For public cognizance, this law shall be promulgated by palcing it in State Gazzete of the Republic of Indonesia
