2. Saran Praktis
Adapun saran-saran yang dapat diberikan adalah agar kondisi kerja yang nyaman tanpa bullying ditetapkan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan, dan agar
perusahaan-perusahaan mulai berwaspada (aware) terhadap
perilaku-perilaku bullying di tempat kerja, dan mengusahakan agar tingkat bullying
tidak tinggi dengan melakukan supervisi yang ketat terhadap perilaku bullying sehingga kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan dapat lebih terjamin.
