COLD PRESERVED TESTIS IN NILE TILAPIA LARVAE

KESIMPULAN UMUM

Testis ikan gurami mengandung sel yang kompeten sebagai donor dalam xenotransplantasi menggunakan larva ikan nila sebagai resipien.

SARAN

Untuk mencapai target akhir yaitu memproduksi sel gamet ikan gurami dari ikan nila melalui aplikasi teknologi xenotransplantasi sel testikular maka dibutuhkan uji lanjut terhadap kemampuan sel spermatogonia ikan gurami terdiferensiasi menjadi sel gamet yang fungsional dan mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan sel donor pada resipien termasuk mengkaji peluang penggunaan resipien ikan nila triploid sebagai upaya memberikan lingkungan mikro yang maksimum kepada sel donor ikan gurami untuk berkembang dan menghasilkan sel gamet yang fungsional.
