Tata Kelola Perusahaan
Bakrieland senantiasa menjadikan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik sebagai prioritas utama dalam menjalankan organisasi dan operasional Perusahaan. Perusahaan membentuk komite-komite yang tugasnya adalah membantu Dewan Komisaris dalam melaksanakan

We regard the Board of Directors’ decision to refocus on the Company’s core business as an accurate strategy for advancing the organization and improving Company operational performance. Bolstered by heightened synergy between the Company and its business units, we are convinced that this will hasten the attainment of the Company’s new vision and mission.
Corporate Governance
Good corporate governance has consistently been on Bakrieland’s priority list in the management of the organization and Company operations. The Company has established
committees assigned to assist the Board of Commissioners in the discharging of its duties and responsibilities. In

dibantu oleh 4 (empat) komite, yaitu
Komite Audit, Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi, Komite Pemantau Risiko, dan Komite Kebijakan Corporate Governance, yang masing-masing diketuai oleh Komisaris Independen. Pada tahun 2012, Bakrieland kembali mendapatkan peringkat ‘terpercaya’ dalam pemeringkatan indeks persepsi tata kelola perusahaan untuk yang keempat kalinya oleh Indonesia Institute
for Corporate Governance (IICG) dan
majalah SWA.
Perubahan Komposisi Dewan
RUPST tanggal 7 Juni 2012 mengangkat Amir Abdul Rachman sebagai anggota baru Dewan Komisaris. RUPST juga menyetujui pengunduran diri Hiramsyah S. Thaib dan Achmad Amri Aswono Putro dari posisi sebagai Presiden Direktur & CEO dan Direktur Bakrieland serta mengangkat Ambono Janurianto sebagai Presiden Direktur dan Azrul Azwar Ab Latif sebagai Direktur. Dewan Komisaris menyampaikan rasa terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada Hiramsyah S. Thaib dan Achmad Amri Aswono Putro atas kerja keras dan dedikasinya selama menjabat di Bakrieland.
Prospek 2013
Perekonomian Indonesia di tahun 2013 akan terus melaju dengan perkiraan pertumbuhan Gross Domestic Product

Change in Board Composition
The AGMS convened on 7 June 2012 appointed Amir Abdul Rachman as a new member of the Board of Commissioners. The AGMS also approved the resignation of Hiramsyah S. Thaib and Achmad Amri Aswono Putro from their positions respectively as Bakrieland’s President Director & CEO and Director, and appointed Ambono Janurianto and Azrul Azwar Ab Latif respectively as the new President Director and Director. The Board of Commissioners wishes to extend its utmost appreciation to Hiramsyah S. Thaib and Achmad Amri Aswono Putro for their hard work and unswerving dedication during their lengths of service in Bakrieland.
Prospects for 2013
Indonesia’s economy in 2013 is expected to grow at a rapid pace with the Gross Domestic Product projected to rise between 6.3% - 6.6%. An increase to the regional minimum wage coupled with infrastructure development spurred by private sector investment is further expected to boost the people’s
