pada lahan seluas 700 hektar. Di lahan ini, pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2014 telah dilakukan peresmian renovasi Lido Golf yang dirancang oleh Ernie Els, perancang lapangan golf kelas dunia. Renovasi ini akan dilengkapi dengan country club baru yang akan menjadi yang termegah di Indonesia. Acara ini menjadi tanda dimulainya secara resmi pembangunan proyek Lido Integrated Resort and Theme Park. Tahap awalnya adalah membangun 72 ha untuk Theme Park, serta membangun High-End resort bertaraf internasional yang meliputi hotel bintang 6, lapangan golf, villa mewah, serta Premium wellness dan country club.
Pilar bisnis yang kedua adalah Resorts Development. Ini mencakup The Westin Resort yang berlokasi di Nusa Dua-Bali, Bali Nirwana Resort (BNR) yang berlokasi di Tabanan-Bali, dan resor terintegrasi Mandalika di Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Selama tahun 2014, Westin Resort telah menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dengan pencapaian tingkat pengunjung lebih dari 80%. Westin Resort memiliki 433 unit kamar dan Convention Center
yang dapat diubah menjadi 26 ruangan rapat serta ballroom yang dapat mengakomodasi 2.500 tempat duduk. Westin Resort juga telah menjadi tempat untuk ajang kelas dunia seperti Miss World 2013 dan APEC CEO Summit Indonesia 2013.
Tonggak lain yang tercatatkan dalam sejarah kami selama 2014 adalah penyelesaian akuisisi PT Bali Nirwana Resort. Perusahaan ini adalah pengembang dan pemilik Nirwana Bali Resort, sebuah resor wisata terpadu dengan lapangan golf, hotel dan vila eksklusif. Dalam resor ini terdapat lapangan golf terbaik di negeri ini dan salah satu lapangan golf terbesar di dunia, yaitu lapangan Golf Nirwana Bali. development will be on a 700 hectares site. On this site, on August 20, 2014, we held an inauguration to renovate the Lido Golf designed by Ernie Els, a world-class golf course designer. The renovation is set to feature a new country club that will be the grandest in Indonesia. This event officially marked the beginning of the construction for the Lido Integrated Resort and Theme Park. The first stage being to develop 72 hectares for the theme park and an international-class High-End resort. which includes a 6-star hotel, golf course, luxurious villas, and a Premium wellness and country club within the area.
For the second pillar we have two existing properties for a Resort Development. The Westin Resort located at Nusa Dua-Bali, Bali Nirwana Resort (BNR) located in Tabanan-Bali, and the Mandalika integrated resort in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
During 2014, Westin Resort has recorded an average occupancy rate of above 80%. It has 433 rooms and the Convention Center has 26 meeting rooms and exhibition space for a ballroom that can seat 2,500 people. The convention center has held prestigious events such as Miss World 2013 and APEC CEO Summit Indonesia 2013.
Another milestone that we placed in our history during 2014 was the completion of the PT Bali Nirwana Resort acquisition. This company is the developer and owner of Nirwana Bali Resort, an integrated tourist resort with a golf course, hotel and residential villas. Contained within this resort is the best golf course in the country and one of the largest golf courses in the world, the Nirwana Bali Golf course. Golf Digest Magazine ranked the Nirwana Bali Golf course at number 52 in the world. Back in

Saat ini, lapangan golf merupakan daya tarik utama resor ini. Nirwana Bali Resort direncanakan untuk dibangun ulang menjadi sebuah kawasan resor terpadu kelas dunia dengan hotel ultramewah, vila eksklusif, lapangan golf bertaraf internasional, ruang pertemuan berskala besar, gedung pertunjukkan multiguna, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya.
Sebagai bagian lain dari intensifikasi kami ke bisnis resor, kami telah resmi ditunjuk oleh PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Bali (Persero) atau BTDC sebagai investor yang akan mengembangkan resor terintegrasi Mandalika di Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Area untuk pembangunan masa depan ini terletak di pantai Mandalika yang terkenal karena upacara tahunan “Nyale”. Ini adalah peristiwa luar biasa yang unik di mana penduduk setempat berkumpul di pantai untuk mengumpulkan cacing laut yang muncul untuk berkembang biak. Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, ritual ini telah menjadi magnet bagi turis dunia untuk datang ke Lombok.
Pada saat selesainya proyek ini nanti, Mandalika Lombok Resort akan menjadi ikon baru pariwisata Indonesia di tingkat dunia, selain Bali.
Semua perkembangan tersebut di atas mempertegas tekad kami yang kuat untuk mewujudkan visi jangka panjang Perseroan untuk menjadi pengembang properti kelas dunia dengan fokus pada pengembangan resor terpadu dan taman hiburan untuk menjadi “The Biggest Integrated Resort Developer” tidak hanya di Indonesia, tetapi juga Asia.
May 1997 Greg Norman designed the 18-hole and 72-par rated course. This is currently the resort’s main attraction.
It is planned that the Nirwana Bali Resort will be rebuilt into a world class integrated resort area with ultra-luxurious hotels, exclusive villas, international golf courses, large-scale multi-use rooms, multipurpose theaters, and other supporting facilities.
Another facet of our intensification into the resort business is the official appointment by PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Bali (Persero) of BTDC as the investor that will develop the Mandalika integrated resort in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The site for this future development is the famous Mandalika beach, renowned for the annual “Nyale” festival. This is a unique event where locals gather at the beach to collect sea worms that come up to breed. This ritual has in recent years become a world tourism magnet for Lombok.
When the project is completed, the Mandalika Lombok Resort will be the next world-class Indonesian tourism icon besides Bali.
All of the above developments highlight our strong desire to realize the Company’s long-term vision to be a world-class property developer with a focus on the development of integrated resorts and entertainment theme parks to be “The Biggest Integrated Resort Developer” in Indonesia and Asia.
