Pengembangan TI bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan seiring dengan dukungan sistem berbasis TI yang terstruktur.

Berikut adalah pencapaian beberapaproyek di Divisi PTI dan OTI pada tahun 2014:

Migrasi Automatic Risk Management System (ARMS) Tahap 2

ARMS Migration Stage 2

Pengembangan aplikasi sistem ARMS tahap 2 dilanjutkan melalui re-coding dan porting kedalam

framework .NET 4.0 yang kemudian menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem tersebut ke depannya. Kegiatan migrasi ARMS tahap 2 merupakan kegiatan carry over dari inisiatif 2013. Pelaksanaan migrasi ARMS tahap 2 di tahun 2014 meliputi tahap pengembangan, pengujian dan implementasi sistem.

The development of ARMS system stage 2 was continued through re-coding and porting into the .NET 4.0 frameworks, which then became the basis of system development in the future. The ARMS system stage 2 was a carry-over initiative from 2013. In 2014, the ARMS system stage 2 includes the development, testing and system implementation phases.

Access of information supported by an adequate and secure Information Technology (IT) system, is imperative in supporting the development of the domestic capital-market industry. As a SRO with technology-based operations, KPEI strives to provide services to the customers, and constantly carries out sustainable systems development, aligned with the capital-market industry’s information and development requirements.

The reliability of corporate technology devices take an important role in supporting KPEI’s functions as the exchange transactions clearing and settlements guarantee services. KPEI also believes in the importance of enhancing the capability in exchange transaction management and risk control system. To align the development of capital-market industry dynamics and requirements, KPEI strives to maintain integrated information systems with other SROs.

The development of an integrated information system and IT organization restructuring has been commencing since early 2013. This was marked by the separation of the development and operations functions, through the establishment of IT Development (PTI) Division and IT Operations (OTI) Division. Currently, the two divisions are continuously developed with the aim of providing optimum support on the corporate activities.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACHIEvEMENTS 2014

IT development aimed to improve service quality in line with the structured IT-based system support.

The achievements of several projects under the PTI and OTI Divisions in 2014 are as follows:

Proyek | Project Hasil | Results Software Quality Assurance (SQA)

Standard

SQA ini dimaksudkan untuk mendukung kualitas penyediaan perangkat lunak yang dibangun oleh Divisi PTI untuk mendukung pengembangan kebutuhan bisnis KPEI. Hasilinisiatif ini diharapkan berupa perbaikan dalam hal prosedur SQA, checklist dan template dokumen yang dibutuhkan oleh SQA, dan roadmap pengembangan Unit Penjaminan Mutu (PMU) dalam rangka mendukung optimalnya fungsi SQA.

Pelaksanaan SQA standard sudah selesai dilakukan pada tahun 2014 dengan menyelesaikan beberapa tahapan seperti sosialisasi, pengadaan, konsultasi, review dokumen, dan sosialisasi fase penutup. Sosialisasi hasil konsultasi telah dilakukan kepada tim bisnis dan Divisi Riset dan Pengembangan Bisnis (RPB).

SQA is intended to support quality deliverable software developed by PTI Division to foster the development of KPEI’s business. The output of this initiative is expected to improve the SQA procedure, checklist and document templates required by the SQA, as well as a PMU Unit development roadmap in supporting the SQA’s functions.

The SQA standard was implemented in 2014 with the completion of required phases such as socialization, procurement, consultation, document review, and closing socialization phase. The consultancy socializationwas also carried out to business team and RPB Division.

Automatic Testing Tools Proses pengujian perangkat lunak perlu didukung dengan alat yang terotomatisasi agar kegiatan pengujian dapat berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. Pengujian yang efektif dan efisien ini merupakan bagian dari upaya untuk memastikan bahwa penyediaan perangkat lunak sesuai dengan proses analisa kebutuhan, desain dan kualitas yang disepakati. Automatic Testing Tools

telah digunakan secara aktif untuk kegiatan pengujian sistem.

The software testing processes shall be supported by automized tools to ensure effective and efficient testing activity. The effective and efficient testing is part of efforts to ensure deliverable software in line with required analysis, design and quality processes. Automatic Testing Tools has been actively utilized for system testing activities.

Pelaksanaan assessment sistem bisnis terkait implementasi sistem manajemen risiko Razor Release

3.2 telah selesai dilakukan pada tahun 2014.

Pengembangan Arsitektur Teknologi e-CLEARS

Proof of Concept (PoC) of

Development e-CLEARS Technology Architecture

Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa vendor memiliki kualitas memadai dalam mengembangkan arsitektur teknologi. Pelaksanaan PoC sendiri sudah dilakukan pada tahun 2014.

This project aims to ensure that vendors have adequate quality in the developing technology architecture. PoC was carried out in 2014.

Pengujian Load Balancer Middleware

Load Balancer Middleware Testing

Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dan robustness layanan middleware terhadap sistem-sistem perangkat lunak lainnya. Pengujian middleware load balancer dilakukan untuk 3 (tiga) tipe pengiriman data, yaitu webservice, dan file adapter, JMS. Selain itu, proses pembuatan skenario pengujian, pengujian, dan instalasi juga telah berjalan dengan baik, termasuk babysitting yang dilaksanakan selama 5 (lima) hari. Pelaksanaan pengujian Load balancer telah selesai dilakukan di tahun 2014.

Aimed at improving middleware service stability and robustness on other software systems. Middleware load balancer testing is carried out for 3 (three) types of data submission, namely webservice, JMS and file adapter. In addition, the making process of scenario testing, testing and installations were also well enforced, including 5 (five) days babysitting. Load balancer testing was completed in 2014.

Bersih Disesuaikan (MKBD)

Net Adjusted Working Capital (NAWC) Reporting Enhancement

Untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanan pelaporan MKBD anggota kliring melalui modul Sistem Pusat Pelaporan MKBD (SPP-MKBD), perlu dilakukan optimalisasi penggunaan Jaringan Terpadu Pasar Modal (JTPM). Selain itu, untuk perbaikan pemrosesan back end MKBD dilakukan enhancement

system. Pelaksanaan enhancement pelaporan MKBD telah selesai dilakukan di tahun 2014.

To improve the performance of clearing member NAWC reporting services through the SPP-MKBD module, the optimum utilization of JTPM was conducted. In addition, the enhancement system was carried out to improve the NAWC back end processes. NAWC reporting enhancement was completed in 2014.

Change Request (CR) Service Desk Seiring dengan berjalannya service desk sejak tahun 2012, muncul kebutuhan untuk dilakukannya penyempurnaan guna meningkatkan kinerja sistem service desk yang sudah berjalan. Hingga akhir tahun 2014, proses pengadaan dan finalisasi dokumen desain sistem untuk CR Service Desk, serta pengembangan dan pengujian sistem telah selesai dilakukan.

With the establishment of service desk in 2012, the refinement was required to improve service desk system performance. Up to the end of 2014, the procurement and system design document finalization for the CR Service Desk had been completed, as well as the development and testing system.

Restrukturisasi Jaringan

Network Restructuring

Pada tahun 2014, Perusahaan melakukan restrukturisasi jaringan yang bertujuan untuk melanjutkan pembangunan network untuk DMZ-WAN dan WAN Development, pembangunan area infrastruktur, peningkatan utilisasi tomcat e-CLEARS, dan penyempurnaan topologi jaringan KPEI. Pelaksanaan Restrukturisasi Jaringan telah selesai dilakukan pada tahun 2014.

In 2014, the Company carried out network restructuring which was aimed to continue the network development for DMZ-WAN and WAN Development, infrastructure area development, e-CLEARS tomcat utilization improvement, and KPEI network topology refinement. Network Restructuring was completed in 2014.

Penetration test Penetration test dilakukan pada area KPEI Disaster RecoveryCentre (DRC) dan KPEI data centre

telah dilakukan pada tahun 2014.

Penetration tests were carried out in 2014 on KPEI Disaster Recovery Center and KPEI data centre areas.

Security Management Pada tahun 2014, KPEI sudah memiliki rencana Information Security Management System (ISMS) sebagai persiapan untuk sertifikasi ISO 27001 dan mengantisipasi kapasitas dan kinerja firewall

DRC yang tidak mencukupi jika semua sistem utama sudah mempunyai fasilitas DRC.

Implementasi Security Management bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan area development

dan infrastruktur.

In 2014, KPEI has formulated the ISMS plan in preparation for ISO 27001 certification and anticipation of inadequate firewall DRC capacity and performance if all main systems were equipped with DRC facilities.

Menjawab kebutuhan instalasi perangkat lunak Microsoft dan non-Microsoft, Operating System

(OS) ataupun aplikasi perangkat lunak pada perangkat komputer masing-masing karyawan, perusahaan melakukan penambahan perangkat lunak yang berlisensi dan utilisasi perangkat lunak yang bersangkutan sehingga advanced fitur-nya dapat digunakan.

To response the need for Microsoft and non-Microsoft software, OS or software application installation on employees’ computers, the corporate added the licensed software and related software utilization to allow the usage of advance features.

Pengadaan Personal Computer (PC) dan Laptop

PC and Laptop Procurement

Adanya kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kinerja PC atau laptop dan sebagai antisipasi kebutuhan PC atau laptop untuk pengembangan dan pengujian. Pelaksanaan inisiatif ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pengadaan dan menyediakan PC atau laptop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pelaksanaan pengadaan PC dan Laptop dilakukan di bulan Januari 2014.

To enhance PC or laptop performance and anticipate the need for additional PCs or laptops for development and testing. This initiative was conducted through procurement and provision of PC or laptop according to the needs. The procurement of PCs and Laptops was carried out in January 2014.

Core Environment Assessment Perusahaan akan melakukan assessment core environment untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi dan solusi yang komprehensif dari principal untuk masing-masing komponen yang berkaitan dengan aplikasi OS, DB, AppServer. Hal ini dikarenakan insiden di lingkungan coreproduction Straight Through Processing (STP) yang sering muncul khususnya di Razor dan e-CLEARS. Proses inisial assessment kegiatan telah dilakukan bersama dengan konsultan. Hasil assessment telah disampaikan kepada principal. Proses pengadaan juga telah selesai dilakukan. Saat ini sedang dalam proses implementasi.

The Company carries out core environment assessment to obtain comprehensive recommendations and solutions from the principals of each component related to the OS, DB and AppServer applications. This condition caused by the increasing of the incidents frequency in core production (STP), especially at Razor and e-CLEARS. The initial assessment process was carried out with the consultants and the results were presented to the principals. The procurement process has been completed and currently this initiative is on the implementation process.

PABX Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk menyempurnakan fitur call center dan menerapkan high availability

untuk sistem PABX. Instalasi PABX sudah selesai dilakukan di bulan September 2014. Proses pengadaan PABX sendiri dimulai sejak bulan Januari 2014. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di akhiri dengan sosialisasi ke pengguna.

This initiative aimed to improve the call center feature and set the high availability for the PABX system. PABX installation was completed in September 2014. The PABX procurement process was first commenced in January 2014, and the activity was completed with socialization to user.

ISMS Roadmap Merupakan proses penyusunan roadmap implementasi ISMS berdasarkan ISO 27001, kebijakan, standar dan prosedur, serta pedoman untuk proses governancenya. Penyampaian presentasi hasil konsultasi dan penyampaian dokumen proposal implementasi ISMS juga telah dilakukan di bulan November 2014.

Is the formulation process of ISMS implementation roadmap based on ISO 27001, policy, standards and procedures, as well as guidance on the governance process. A presentation on the results of the consultation and ISMS implementation proposal documents was also finalized in November 2014.

Peremajaan Infrastruktur Jaringan

Network Infrastructure Revamping

Kebutuhan peremajaan infrastruktur seperti kapasitas core switch sudah mencapai ambang batas, sistem kabel yang tidak teratur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik, dan bentuk antisipasi penambahan perangkat jaringan terkait dengan restrukturisasi organisasi, membuat Perusahaan berinisiatif untuk melakukan peremajaan infrastruktur jaringan. Proses peremajaan infrastruktur jaringan telah dimulai pada tahun 2013 dan diselesaikan pada bulan Februari 2014.

The need for infrastructure revamping, such as for core switch capacity that had reached its limit, unregulated and undocumented cable systems, as well as the anticipation of network tools enhancement through organizational restructuring, led the Company to implement network infrastructure revamping. The network infrastructure revamping process has commenced in 2013 and was completed in February 2014.

(NSP)

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan penyedia jaringan kedua untuk JTPM dan menghilangkan ketergantungan terhadap suatu NSP tertentu.

Pelaksanaan instalasi second NSP mulai dilakukan di tahun 2013. Hingga akhir tahun 2014 telah dilakukan beberapa kegiatan, diantaranya pengadaan, penunjukkan vendor, kick off meeting

penyusunan rencana implementasi, mock testing, instalasi perangkat serta aktivasi jaringan.

To fullfil the need on second network providers for JTPM and to reduce the dependency on certain NSPs, corporate conducted second NSP.

The second NSP installation was commenced in 2013. As of the end of 2014, several related activities had been carried out, such as procurement, vendor appointments, kick-off meetings to plan implementation, mock testing, equipment installation and network activation.
