TABUNGAN EMAS
Simpanan dalam mata uang Rupiah dengan sistem perhitungan bunga tabungan yang dihitung berdasarkan saldo rata-rata bulanan tabungan. Sehingga semakin tinggi saldo tabungan, semakin tinggi pula bunga yang diperoleh.
Simpanan ini dilengkapi fasilitas; Kartu Interact yang berfungsi sebagai kartu ATM dan Kartu Debit, Buku Tabungan untuk memantau mutasi rekening, serta Maspion Electronic Banking (MEB) yang memudahkan Nasabah melakukan berbagai transaksi perbankan seperti pembayaran rutin bulanan, pembelian pulsa, transfer antar
bank, pemindahbukuan, serta deposito online, dimanapun dan
kapanpun tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu.
TABUNGAN SI CERDAS
Simpanan dalam mata uang Rupiah yang dikhususkan untuk Nasabah usia pelajar (anak-anak maupun remaja). Sistem perhitungan bunga tabungan yang dihitung berdasarkan saldo harian tabungan dan sesuai tingkatan suku bunga yang diberikan.

TABUNGAN KARYA
Simpanan dalam mata uang Rupiah yang dikhususkan untuk karyawan suatu perusahaan yang telah terdaftar dan menjalin kerjasama dalam pembayaran gaji bulanan melalui layanan Maspion Auto Payroll Services (MAPS). Sistem perhitungan bunga tabungan yang dihitung berdasarkan saldo harian tabungan dan sesuai tingkatan suku bunga yang diberikan.

Simpanan berjangka bagi nasabah individu dan perusahaan dalam mata uang Rupiah maupun US Dollar dengan suku bunga yang kompetitif berjangka waktu 1, 3, 6 atau 12 bulan.
MASPION SAVE
Maspion Save merupakan sertifikat atas unjuk/tanpa nama dengan nominal tertentu berjangka waktu 1 atau 3 bulan dengan tingkat bunga seperti Deposito dengan pembayaran bunga didepan.

Savings product denominated in Rupiah with savings’ interest calculation system is based on daily balance of the savings in accordance with the given interest rate. This saving has direct prizes for particular amount of fund placement within certain period.
EMAS SAVINGS
Savings product denominated in Rupiah with savings’ interest calculation system is based on the average monthly balance of savings. The higher the balance, the higher the interest earned. Some facilities included in this saving; Interact Card which serves as an ATM card and also debit card, Passbook to track account’s mutations, as well as Maspion Electronic Banking (MEB) which facilitates Customer to perform various banking transactions such as monthly payment, prepaid phone’s credit purchase, interbank transfers, account transfers, and online deposits, wherever and anytime without space and time limitations.
SI CERDAS SAVINGS
Savings product denominated in Rupiah specified for students (children and teenagers). Savings’ interest calculation system is based on daily balance of the savings in accordance with the given interest rate.

KARYA SAVINGS

Savings’ interest calculation system is based on daily balance of the savings in accordance with the given interest rate.
TIME DEPOSITS
Time deposits for individuals and companies in Rupiah and US Dollar currency with competitive interest rate,available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months of tenure.
MASPION SAVE
Maspion Save is a bearer/no name certificate with a certain amount, with tenure of 1 or 3 months with an interest rate as Time Deposits but in-front interest payments.

transfer maupun Pemindahbukuan ke beberapa rekening tujuan sekaligus. Khusus bagi nasabah perorangan akan mendapatkan fasilitas kartu Interact dan Maspion Electronic Banking (MEB).
REKENING GIRO DOLLAR
Rekening Koran dalam mata uang US Dollar bagi nasabah perorangan atau perusahaan yang dalam kegiatan usahanya banyak melakukan transaksi dengan mata uang US Dollar.
PRODUK-PRODUK PINJAMAN KREDIT MODAL KERJA
Fasilitas pinjaman jangka pendek untuk membiayai kebutuhan likuiditas atau sebagai modal kerja baik untuk nasabah perorangan maupun perusahaan. Jangka waktu pinjaman adalah setahun atau sesuai dengan siklus usaha nasabah dan dapat diperpanjang pada saat jatuh tempo.
KREDIT INVESTASI
Fasilitas pinjaman untuk membiayai pembelian barang modal atau investasi usaha seperti pembangunan pabrik, pembelian tempat usaha, mesin, dan lain-lain. Pelunasan pinjaman dilakukan secara angsuran dalam jangka waktu tertentu sesuai dengan kemampuan nasabah, sedangkan bunga dihitung berdasarkan sisa pinjaman yang masih berjalan.
KREDIT PEMILIKAN RUMAH
Fasilitas pinjaman untuk pembelian dan renovasi rumah, yang dapat diangsur dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan jumlah angsurannya sesuai dengan kemampuan nasabah.
LETTER OF CREDIT (L/C)
Jaminan pembayaran yang diterbitkan Bank atas permintaan
nasabah (importir) yang ditujukan kepada Beneficiary (eksportir).
SURAT KREDIT BERDOKUMEN DALAM NEGERI (SKBDN)
Jaminan pembayaran yang diterbitkan oleh Bank atas permintaan
nasabah (pembeli) yang ditujukan kepada Beneficiary (penjual) di
wilayah Indonesia.
BANK GARANSI
Jaminan pembayaran yang diberikan oleh Bank kepada pihak penerima jaminan apabila pihak yang dijamin tidak dapat memenuhi kewajibannya sesuai kontrak.
CURRENT ACCOUNT
Current Account in Rupiah currency for the purpose of daily business transaction with cheque and giro for individuals or companies. Also equipped with Multiple Transfer to facilitate transfer transactions and Overbooking to multiple account destinations at once. Individual customers will receive Interact card facilities and Maspion Electronic Banking (MEB).
DOLLAR CURRENT ACCOUNT
Current Account in US Dollar currency for individual customers or companies whose business activities conduct a lot of transactions in the US Dollar currency.
LOANS PRODUCT WORKING CAPITAL LOAN
Short-term loan facility to support customer’s liquidity or working capital needs of both individual and corporate customers. Loan period is one year or according to customer’s business cycle and it is able to be renewed upon expiration.
INVESTMENT LOAN
Loan facility to support customer’s capital goods or business investment such as factory construction or the purchase of business premises, machinery, and others. This loan facility shall be repaid with installment based on customer’s ability, as for its interest is calculated based on the remaining balance of the loan.
HOUSING LOAN
Housing Loan is a facility for house purchase and renovation purpose, which can be repaid in a certain period on installment basis in accordance with customer’s abilities.
LETTER OF CREDIT (L/C)
A payment guarantee issued by the Bank at customers (importers) request fot the benefit of the beneficiary (exporter).
SKBDN - DOMESTIC LETTER OF CREDIT
A payment guarantee issued by the Bank based on the request of customer (buyer) for the benefit of Beneficiary (seller) in Indonesia.
BANK GUARANTEE
A guarantee payment provided to the beneficiary if the applicant fail to meet its obligation under the contract.

Merupakan kartu yang berfungsi sebagai kartu ATM dan kartu debit. Dapat digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi penarikan tunai, informasi saldo dan transfer antar bank di ribuan ATM dalam jaringan PRIMA serta belanja di seluruh merchant berlogo Debit PRIMA di seluruh Indonesia.
MASPION ELECTRONIC BANKING (MEB)
MEB merupakan fitur pelengkap layanan transaksi perbankan yang
tersedia dalam 2 jenis format layanan terkini yaitu: Internet Banking dan
Mobile Banking. Melalui MEB Nasabah dapat mengakses berbagai
pilihan transaksi seperti informasi mutasi rekening, pembayaran rutin bulanan, pembelian pulsa, transfer dana, penempatan deposito
online yang semuanya dapat dilakukan Nasabah secara langsung,
mandiri dan real time. MEB dapat diakses selama 24 jam 7 hari
seminggu dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan perangkat komputer
pribadi maupun smartphone. Selain mengedepankan teknologi
canggih yang sesuai standar perbankan, MEB juga ditunjang 5 aspek andalan yaitu:

MASPION ELECTRONIC BANKING (MEB)
MEB is a comprehensive feature of banking transaction which is available in 2 advanced services format namely: Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. Through MEB, customers are able to perform various transactions such as balance inquiry, monthly routine payment, voucher purchasing, funds transfer, online time deposit placement which all can be done by customers directly, independently, and in real time. MEB can be accessed 24 hours and 7 days a week anywhere, anytime through personal computer or Smartphone. In addition to promoting advanced technology of banking standards, MEB is also supported by 5 excellent aspects, namely:

Various advantages of Multiple Transfers are as follows:

FASILITAS AUTOSAVE
Fasilitas yang memberikan kemudahan pemindahan dana secara otomatis dari rekening giro ke rekening tabungan. Fasilitas ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan dana di rekening, sehingga Nasabah dapat mengelola dananya lebih efektif.
PAYMENT POINT
Melalui payment point nasabah dapat melakukan berbagai macam transaksi pembayaran seperti tagihan rekening telepon, tagihan rekening listrik dan pembayaran pajak. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan
melalui sarana konter teller, autodebet rekening maupun ATM.
ISA CALL (INFORMATION SERVICE ASSISTANT)
Akses layanan informasi perbankan untuk nasabah melalui telepon yang dipandu dan ditangani oleh Staf Bank. ISA Call menyampaikan informasi produk, informasi saldo, informasi transaksi, permintaan warkat, informasi suku bunga dan valuta asing selama 24 jam sehari 7 hari dalam seminggu. ISA call juga menerima segala keluhan dan saran Nasabah.
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX (SDB)
Fasilitas persewaan kotak penyimpanan surat/barang berharga milik Nasabah dalam suatu ruangan khusus dari bahan baja dan tahan api serta tersedia dalam berbagai ukuran sesuai dengan kebutuhan Nasabah.
PICK UP-SERVICE
Salah satu layanan yang diberikan oleh Bank Maspion kepada
nasabah-nasabah tertentu yang membutuhkan layanan cash
management. KAS MOBIL
Kegiatan pelayanan kas yang disiapkan Bank untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan Nasabah dalam bertransaksi perbankan. Fasilitas ini memungkinkan Bank menjangkau lokasi-lokasi seperti pusat-pusat perdagangan, sekolah-sekolah maupun lokasi lainnya. Kas Mobil
dilengkapi dengan Customer Service, Counter Teller dan ATM,
sehingga dapat menerima transaksi setoran tunai, penarikan tunai, pembukaan rekening, pengiriman uang dan pembayaran tagihan (listrik, pajak dan telepon).
CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE (CDM)
Fasilitas yang disediakan Bank Maspion kepada Nasabah untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi Nasabah dalam melakukan penyetoran tunai ke rekening sendiri maupun rekening lain sesama Bank Maspion yang dapat dilakukan pada atau diluar jam kerja.
AUTOSAVE FACILITY
Autosave Facility accommodates automatic transfer funds from current account to savings account. This facility aims to optimize customer’s funds so customers can effectively manage their funds.
PAYMENT POINT
Through payment point, customers can perform various payment transactions such as telephone bill, electricity bill and tax payments. Payment can be done through teller counter, auto debit facility or ATM.
ISA CALL (INFORMATION SERVICE ASSISTANT)
Banking information service access for customers through media of telephone guided and handled by Bank staff. ISA Call delivers information on products, balance inquiry, transactions, interest rate and foreign currency as well as check request in 24 hours and 7 days a week. ISA Call staffs also accommodate customer’s complaints and suggestions.
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX (SDB)
The service rendered by renting the safe boxes in various sizes for protecting customer’s important documents and/or their luxury things within fire resistance made-of-steel room in various sizes as required.
PICK UP-SERVICE
One of the services provided by Maspion Bank for selected customers who need cash management services.
MOBILE CASH
Cash services activity provided by the Bank to accommodate the needs of Customers to perform banking transactions. This facility enables the Bank to reach locations such as trading centers, schools and other locations. Mobile Cash is equipped with Customer Service, Counter Teller and ATM unit. Mobile Cash also provides cash deposit transaction, cash withdrawals, account opening, funds transfer and bill payment features (electricity, tax and phone).
CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE (CDM)
Complimentary Facilities provided by the Bank to the Customer in providing easiness for Customer to perform cash deposits into their own account or other accounts at Bank Maspion which can be performed at or after office hours.
