PERBINCANGAN,IMPLIKASI DAN CADANGAN KAJIAN

5.9 Rumusan dan Penutup

Dalam kajian ini, perbahasan mengenai hubungan kecergasan fizikal, kecerdasan emosi dan kecenderungan seksual dalam kalangan pelajar perempuan telah dilakukan secara komprehensif dan mendalam. Kajian telah menghasilkan model kecenderungan seksual yang mengandungi empat konstruk iaitu kesan bersukan, emosi dan kognisi, perasaan keintiman dan seks sukarela serta keinginan seksual. Fenomena kecenderungan seksual yang menjadi isu besar kajian telah diteliti dari sudut sukan, emosi dan kognitif dan perasaan keintiman dan seks sukarela serta keinginan seksual. Sorotan kajian mengaitkan kecenderungan seksual dengan model-model serta teori yang menjadi asas kajian jelas menerangkan serta meletakkan kajian ini selaras dengan fenomena yang dikaji. Isu-isu dalam kecenderungan seksual remaja mempunyai asas yang sangat kuat untuk diteliti dari perspektif kecergasan fizikal dan kecerdasan emosi.

Analisa berdasarkan sumber-sumber dan kajian terdahulu menggambarkan pandangan pengkaji terdahulu sehinggalah era sekarang telah disentuh dengan mendalam. Kajian secara meta-analisis, perbandingan, penilaian, huraian, terjemahan, sorotan berkaitan isu utama dengan variabel yang dimanipulasi berupaya ditonjolkan selaras dengan objektif dan tujuan kajian dilakukan. Isu kecenderungan seksual dalam

195 kalangan remaja perempuan ini telah diperhalusi dan dikenalpasti dari pelbagai sudut pandangan. Keputusan yang signifikan membuktikan kajian ini selaras dengan arus semasa.

Keinginan berpasangan, perasaan malu, rasa ingin mendampingi antara berlainan jantina, keghairahan yang timbul seiring dengan perkembangan seksual dapat dikurangkan dengan melakukan aktiviti bersukan.Perkembangan kecergasan fizikal yang dipantau melalui aktiviti Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kokurikulum adalah usaha terbaik kerana membina kecerdasan emosi yang bersungguh-sungguh pada remaja.

Remaja perlu disedarkan bahawa realiti sebenar bukanyangberada diluar lingkungan pelajar tetapi yang berada dalam diri mereka sendiri. Ia dipanggil dengan pelbagai istilah seperti desakan dalaman,dorongan(Heath,1996), keinginan, naluri dan nafsu (Berridge, 2004). Remaja yang berkembang sihat dari segi mental dan fizikal adalah keutamaan keluarga dan Negara. Perkara yanglebih membimbangkan adalah para remaja ini langsung tidak memahaminya tetapi keseronokan, kerelaan, ketagihan seks sentiasa melingkari hidup sehingga mereka gagal mengawalnya (Panksepp, 2011).Ini kerana setiap perasaan, keinginan, desakan yang wujud dalam diri memerlukan proses kognitif untukmembuat keputusan. Jika keputusan yang salah dilakukan maka proses kognitif yang sama juga diperlukanuntuk membetulkan kesalahan yang dilakukan sebelum ini (Brummel, Rupp,& Spain, 2009).
