1. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan terdapat perbedaan ekspresi HIF-1 α pada jaringan endometriosis dengan jaringan endometrium normal sehingga diharapkan pemeriksaan HIF-1 α dapat menjadi suatu alat diagnostik dalam diagnosis endometriosis.
2. Perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai perbedaan kadar HIF-1 α pada jaringan endometriosis dengan jaringan endometrium normal di dalam serum.
3. Perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai perbedaan ekspresi HIF-1α pada jaringan eutopik endometrium penderita endometriosis dengan jaringan endometrium normal.
