BAB 6 KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

6.2. Saran

Dari penelitian ini didapat hasil yang mendukung penelitian-penelitian lain yang menyatakan bahwa infeksi oleh H.pylori diduga mempengaruhi metabolisme lipid dan bila terjadi dislipidemi nantinya merupakan salah satu faktor resiko untuk terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler, diharapkan dengan hasil penelitian ini klinisi dapat melakukan pemeriksaan profil lipid pada setiap pasien dispepsia yang dicurigai terinfeksi H.pylori untuk mendeteksi lebih dini terjadinya perubahan profil lipid yang akan meningkatkan resiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler terhadap pasien tersebut.

Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan yang mungkin bisa melihat perbedaan profil lipid pada pasien dispepsia setelah diberikan terapi eradikasi terhadap H.pylori, ataupun penelitian untuk melihat kemungkinan pasien dengan aterosklerosis juga terinfeksi oleh H.pylori.

Selamat Pagi/Siang Bapak-ibu,

Pada hari ini, saya dr. Yuliana Sarly Sinabutar yang sedang menjalani pendidikan dokter spesialis patologi klinik di FK USU, ingin menjelaskan kepada Bapak-ibu tentang penelitian yang akan saya lakukan tentang “Peran Infeksi Helicobacter terhadap Profil Lipid Pada Pasien Dispepsi”. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui apakah bapak-ibu yang selama ini dikatakan menderita dyspepsia melalui feses dari bapak-ibu saya akan memeriksa apakah bapak-ibu terinfeksi oleh kuman Helicobacter pylori.

Infeksi dari bakteri Helicobacter pylori ini dalam penelitian-penelitian lain dikatakan juga dapat menaikkan kadar lemak dalam tubuh kita yang nantinya akan meningkatkan resiko untuk terjadinya serangan jantung. Selanjutnya setelah saya memeriksa feses bapak-ibu apakah terinfeksi atau tidak dengan kuman tersebut, saya akan memeriksa kadar lemak dalam darah. Untuk pemeriksaan darah dan kadar lemak ini saya akan mengambil darah sebanyak 4 mL, pada daerah lipat tangan.

Penelitian ini tidak menimbulkan hal-hal yang berbahaya bagi bapak-ibu sekalian. Namun, bila terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan selama penelitian berlangsung, yang disebabkan oleh perlakuan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, saya akan bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pertolongan / biaya / pengobatan / membantu mengatasi masalah / efek samping tersebut.

Keikutsertaan Bapak-Ibu dalam penelitian ini adalah suka rela. Bila keterangan yang saya berikan masih belum jelas atau ada hal-hal yang belum jelas,Bapak- Ibu dapat langsung bertanya kepada saya.
