5.2 Saran

1. Perlu dilakukan skrining factor resiko gangguan kardiovaskular lebih dini pada wanita obesitas dan overweight, meskipun belum memasuki usia menopause.

2. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai aktivitas enzim aromatase pada populasi yang berbeda etnis dan kelompok usia dalam keterkaitannya dengan hormon estradiol pada obesitas sebagai bahan perbandingan. 3. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang efek puasa terhadap profil

lipid dalam kaitannya dengan kecenderungan gangguan profil lipid pada obesitas.
