B. Saran

1. Pada penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan jumlah sampel seimbang antara yang memiliki LP ≥94 cm dan <94 cm, serta yang memiliki RLPP ≥0,90 dan <0,90.

2. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya mempertimbangkan responden yang meminum obat-obatan herbal atau jamu, serta responden yang perokok.
