Penelitian ini dimasa mendatang diharapkan dapat menyajikan hasil penelitian yang lebih berkualitas lagi dengan adanya beberapa masukan mengenai beberapa hal diantaranya:
a) Saran Teoritis
1) Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarnkan untuk menambah variabel ekosgen dan moderating yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap interaksi variabel keinginan pindah kerja serta merubah bentuk model SEM-nya.
109 2) Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan refrensi kuesioner yang sudah terbukit bagus untuk digunakan. Seperti mengambil refensi kuesioner pada jurnal – jurnal yang terindeks scopus maupun routers. 3) Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan agar dapat menambah sampell yang
ada dan dipersiapkan sejak lama
4) Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disrankan untuk mendapatkan data berupa wawancara yang menjadi responden penelitian agar bisa mendapatkan data yang lebih nyata dan bisa keluar dari pertanyaanpertanyaan kuesioner yang mungkin terlalu sempit atau kurang menggambarkan keadaan yang sesungguhnya.
b) Saran Prkatis
1) Untuk Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah khususnya prodi akuntansi diharapkan mengadakan sebuah kuliah umum mengenai etos kerja islam dalam suatu lingkungan kerja karena penting bagi seorang individu untuk memiliki sikap yang demikian, jadi tidak hanya pandai melainkan beretika
2) Untuk lembaga keuangan syariah, sebaiknya perlu diadakan pelatihan atau training mengenai etos kerja islam dan pentingnya keadilan organisasi dalam suatu perusahaan. Pelatihan tersebtu diperuntukan bagi para manajer atau pegawai yang memiliki otoritas
