B. Saran

2. Saran Praktis

a. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kategorisasi tingkat engagement karyawan tergolong tinggi dan karyawan juga memiliki persepsi positif terhadap program K3. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi organisasi untuk tetap berkomitmen dalam melaksanakan program K3 dalam organisasi.

b. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, koefisien korelasi yang dihasilkan antara persepsi terhadap K3 dan engagement tergolong dalam kategori lemah, oleh karena itu organisasi juga dapat mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi engagement karyawan.
