dan tingkat kecukupan energi, protein, dan vitamin B lebih dari 77%. Setelah intervensi pemanfaatan pekarangan dan penyuluhan gizi dilakukan, terdapat peningkatan konsumsi dan tingkat kecukupan gizi pada semua zat gizi kecuali kalsium dan vitamin C pada kelompok intervensi. Kelompok kontrol memiliki tingkat kecukupan energi (p<0.05), protein (p<0.01), kalsium (p<0.01), fosfor (p<0.01), dan besi (p<0.01) yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok intervensi. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh pendapatan rumah tangga di kelompok kontrol yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan sehingga memiliki akses pangan yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok intervensi.
Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi sayur buah rumah tangga dipengaruhi oleh luas pekarangan (p<0.1) dan pengeluaran rumah tangga (p<0.1). Sementara itu, konsumsi sayur lainnya dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara jumlah anggota keluarga dan usia ibu (p<0.001). Tidak ada variabel yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi asupan vitamin A dan C rumah tangga dan konsumsi sayur balita. Asupan vitamin A balita dipengaruhi oleh jumlah anggota rumah tangga (p<0.001), pendidikan ibu (p<0.05), pengeluaran rumah tangga (p<0.1), pengetahuan gizi ibu (p<0.1), dan kebiasaan makan sayur sejak dini (p<0.001). Sementara itu, asupan vitamin C balita dipengaruhi oleh jumlah anggota rumah tangga (p<0.001), pengeluaran rumah tangga (p<0.1), pengetahuan gizi ibu (p<0.1), dan kebiasaan makan sayur sejak dini (p<0.05).
Saran
Sayuran yang dapat di panen berulang kali dengan perawatan yang mudah, baik untuk dikembangkan di pekarangan. Penyuluhan gizi yang disertai peningkatan kemampuan mengolah sayuran perlu dilakukan agar pengetahuan gizi yang meningkat dapat diterapkan dalam perilaku konsumsi sayuran sehari-hari. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai pemanfaatan pekarangan pada lahan yang lebih luas dan dampak penyuluhan gizi pada jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan konsumsi sayuran rumah tangga.
