Simpulan

Sampel usap trakhea yang berjumlah 30 sampel berasal dari beberapa peternak anak burung puyuh daerah Kabupaten Klaten, kota Solo dan DI Yogyakarta menunjukkan bahwa virus AI tidak terdeteksi dengan pembacaan rRT-PCR.

Saran

Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai deteksi virus avian influenza pada anak burung puyuh secara serologi di BKP kelas II Yogyakarta
