Simpulan

1. Penyediaan bibit calon varietas unggul hasil selfing atau persilangan dapat dilakukan melalui induksi plbs dari eksplan daun planlet dari individu-individu

dalam populasi tersebut.

2. Populasi F2 dari selfing F1 hibrid (Ph. Phuket Beauty x Ph. Zauberrose)

3. Marka molekuler dapat digunakan untuk melacak tetua dari suatu aksesi hibrida.

menunjukkan keragaman genetik yang rendah yang mengindikasikan tetua persilangan memiliki kekerabatan genetik yang dekat.

Saran

Untuk mendapat informasi yang lebih akurat mengenai keragaman genetik anggrek Phalaenopsis, perlu penambahan jumlah primer dan identifikasi primer-

primer yang polimorfik untuk tetua 1 (P1) dan tetua 2 (P2) yang akan digunakan dalam identifikasi F1 dan progeni F2.
