CHAPTER V CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
B. Suggestion
Based on the finding, the researcher would like to propose several suggestions, as follows: First, for the teachersand lecturers who directly involved to teaching learning process are suggested to choose the variation of teaching learning, should be able to know the method of teaching for improving student English ability andbecome more innovative in using the right learning approach with the different types of personalities.
Second, for the students, this research is expected to help student to recognize their personalities and minimize their weakness, and the student should not worry to have best score in speaking skill because personality is not significantly influenced.Finally, the researcher hopes the findings of this research may be reference to the following research for further research with the different objectives, sample, methodology, and occasion.

: At the end of the course, it is expected that all students are able to deliver their ideas in appropriate manners and good contents of oral presentation.
Course Description (Deskripsi Mata Kuliah)
: The contents should be able to maintain the students’ speaking ability of what they have learnt and at the same time should be able to provide them to the higher level of speaking ability. In this level, the students are required to do more tasks dealing with academic presentation. The academic speech meant here is in the form of informative speech and persuasive speech. On the other hand, this Speaking III is more focus to enable the students to work on their presentation academically through considering good contents of English and good delivery of their presentation. The contents include their spoken speech. Meanwhile delivery proposes the students to be able to deliver their speech by considering pronunciation, fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension, body movement, good eye contact and rate of speech. The students do their speaking activities individually and in team. The result of their work will be assessed by themselves and their peers as well as by the lecturer as the facilitator of this course. To complete their activities, they may search for any sources; for examples text books, magazines, newspaper, journals, radio and TV
