YANG SIGNIFIKAN
Bank melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak lain dalam menjalankan aktivitas usahanya sebagai berikut:
The bank enters into agreement with other parties in conducting their business activities as follows:
1. Pada tanggal 25 Mei 2010, Bank mengadakan perjanjian dengan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk mengenai jual beli piutang dengan plafon maksimum Rp 35.000 dan suku bunga 12%. Jangka waktu kredit maksimum 15 tahun dan kolektibilitas kredit lancar dalam satu tahun terakhir. Perjanjian tersebut telah diperpanjang dengan Perubahan ke-1 Perjanjian Kerjasama tanggal 16 Juni 2011, sehingga perjanjian kerjasama tersebut berlaku sampai dengan tanggal 25 Mei 2012.
1. On 25 May 2010, the Bank entered into a loan sales agreement with PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, for which the maximum plafond was Rp 35,000 and interest rate of 12% per annum. The maximum term of loan is 15 years and collectibility of loan sold to PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk should be classified as current for the last one year. The agreement has been extended in its first addendum dated 16 June 2011 and will be expired on 25 May 2012.
2. Pada tanggal 25 Mei 2010, Bank mengadakan perjanjian dengan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk mengenai jual beli piutang dengan plafon
maksimum Rp 150.000 dan suku bunga
13,75%. Jangka waktu kredit maksimum 5 tahun dan kolektibilitas kredit lancar dalam satu tahun terakhir. Perjanjian tersebut telah
diperpanjang dengan Perubahan ke-7
Perjanjian Kerjasama tanggal 16 Juni 2011, sehingga perjanjian kerjasama tersebut berlaku sampai dengan tanggal 25 Mei 2012.

The maximum term of loan is 5 years and collectibility of loan sold to PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk should be classified as current for the last one year. The agreement has been extended in its seventh addendum dated 16 June 2011 and will be expired on 25 May 2012.
Sesuai dengan peraturan Bank Indonesia, bank- bank diwajibkan untuk memenuhi rasio kewajiban penyediaan modal atau Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) sebesar minimum 8%.
In accordance with Bank Indonesia regulation, banks are required to meet the minimum Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 8%.

PSAK 60 (Revisi 2010) mensyaratkan
pengungkapan yang lebih ekstensif atas risiko keuangan apabila dibandingkan dengan PSAK 50 (Revisi 2006), “Instrumen Keuangan: Penyajian dan Pengungkapan”. Pengungkapan tersebut antara lain:
SFAS 60 (Revised 2010) requires more extensive disclosure of the entity’s financial risk management compared to SFAS 50 (Revised 2006), “Financial Instruments: Presentation and Disclosures”. The requirements consist of the followings:
a. Instrumen keuangan yang signifikan atas posisi keuangan dan performa entitas. Pengungkapan ini sejalan dengan pengungkapan sesuai dengan PSAK 50 (Revisi 2006).
a. The significance of financial instruments for an entity’s financial position and performance. These disclosures incorporate many of the requirements previously in SFAS 50 (Revised 2006).
b. Informasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif atas eksposur risiko yang timbul dari instrumen keuangan, termasuk pengungkapan minimum atas risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas dan risiko pasar. Pengungkapan kualitatif menjelaskan tujuan
manajemen, kebijakan dan proses untuk
mengelola risiko tersebut. Pengungkapan kualitatif menjelaskan informasi tentang batas risiko yang dihadapi entitas, berdasarkan informasi yang disiapkan secara internal kepada personel manajemen kunci.
b. Qualitative and quantitative information about exposure to risks arising from financial instruments, including specified minimum disclosures about credit risk, liquidity risk and market risk. The qualitative disclosures describe management’s objectives, policies and processes for managing those risks. The quantitative disclosures provide information about the extent to which the entity is exposed to risk, based on information provided internally to the entity’s key management personnel.
