scholarships,

be knovvn as the Selborne Moutray Russell Scholarships, tenable

Elder Conservatorium of Music.

One scholarship shall be awarded

to a

male singer; the other shall be awarded to the player of an orchestral instrument approved by the Directol of the Elder Conservatorium.

3. The value

each scholarship shall be such as

to

provide free tuition

in

the plincipal subject

which

it

is awarded and

in

such secondary subjects as may be approved by the Director of the Elder Conservatorium.
