Minister "- The Minister of Transport or another Minister of the Crown for the time being charged with the administration of this Act;. 34; Secretary "- The officer appointed under this Act to be the Secretary to the Commissioner or any officer for the time being performing the duties of the office of Secretary; . The Commissioner may, under and in accordance with the provisions of this Part, determine the amount of compensation payable by the licensee in respect of its licensed passenger service as extended. A license fee in the amount or at the rate determined by the Commissioner shall be payable by each holder of a passenger transportation license. Such license fee shall, at the discretion of the Commissioner,-. a) an amount determined by the commissioner; or (b) an amount per cent as determined by the.

The weight of goods carried on or in any such vehicle shall be deemed to be the difference between the gross weight of the laden vehicle and the unladen weight of the vehicle as shown on the certificate of.
