34;the Minister" means the Treasurer or other Minister of the Crown for the time being charged with the administration of this Act. Notwithstanding any other Act or enactment-. (a) the Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, grant casino licences;.
Duration of casino licence. A casino licence remains in force until it is cancelled or surrendered pursuant to this Act
A casino license shall remain in effect until revoked or terminated in accordance with this Act.

The Minister must, after considering the matters that are essential to the application, submit a recommendation to the Governor in Council with regard to-. a) the casino licensee's application to lease the hotel-casino complex or casino to the proposed lessee; or. b) the application of the casino licensee or lessee under a casino lease to enter into a casino management agreement with the other party, which the other party proposes to manage the hotel-casino complex or the casino, as the case may be. I ) The Governor in Council may, after considering the Minister's nomination and such other matters with regard to the application as he thinks fit, c) postpone a decision pending the submission of additional information.
Cancellation or suspension of casino licences and letters of censure. (1) A ground for cancellation or suspension of a casino licence
1 1) When the Minister makes a recommendation to the Governor in Council, he shall file with him such notices to show the cause and answers thereof, any submissions made in connection therewith, and other documents in his possession, which are relevant to the recommendation. The appointment of an administrator shall be determined by the appointment of a receiver and manager or an appointment of the casino license in accordance with section 32. 15) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Governor in Council, if he considers in his absolute discretion that the circumstances are so extraordinary that it is necessary in the public interest to do so, may cancel the casino license or suspend it for such period as he thinks fit or direct the termination of the casino lease or agreement casino management.

TAXES AND LEVIES
- Casino licence fee. (1) A casino licence fee shall be paid to the Director each quarter in respect of a casino licence

Casino license fees, casino taxes and application fees relating to casino key personnel licenses and casino employee licenses will be deposited into and part of the Consolidated Revenue Fund on their receipt. All fees, taxes and charges which remain due and payable in accordance with this Part and which remain unpaid are debts due to the Crown and may be recovered by proceedings as for a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction.
PART VI-CASINO OPERATION

A casino operator may not make any changes as referred to in the fifth paragraph without first seeking and obtaining the permission of the Minister. A casino operator may not destroy gaming equipment or chips unless supervised by an inspector. A casino operator must not induce or permit any person to repair or maintain gaming equipment unless such person is a person approved for this purpose by the director.
Provided that the Minister may direct that a minimum number of a particular type of game be played at any one time, and where he does so, the casino operator must comply with the direction. A casino operator must- operator must-. (a) on the request of any casino patron, make available for his examination a copy of the rules of the game for a particular game as notified for the time being in the Gazette;

5) (a) The Minister may by notice in writing require the casino operator to change any part of the system of controls and procedures on and from a date specified in the notice. The casino operator shall maintain and maintain separate bank accounts, approved by the Minister in a bank in the State, to be used for all banking transactions related to the operations of the hotel-casino complex or casino, as the case may be. a) keep such accounting records as accurately record and explain the transactions and financial position of the operations of the hotel-casino or casino complex, as the case may be;. The casino operator must prepare financial statements and accounts that give a true and fair view of its financial operations in relation to the hotel-casino complex or the casino, as the case may be, which statements and accounts shall include-. a) commercial accounts, as the case may be, for the financial year;
The operator of the casino must submit reports on the operations of the hotel-gaming complex or the casino containing the prescribed information to the director within the prescribed time limits. The operator of the casino shall, at his own expense, keep his books, accounts and financial statements in relation to. the operation of the hotel-gaming complex or casino, depending on the case, is audited by a person who-. a) is registered as a public accountant according to the Act on the Registration of Public Accountants and.

(i) in respect of which an offense against this Act or any other Act or law has been, is about to be or is likely to be committed;. ii) it or they are likely to be or produce evidence for production in possible subsequent proceedings against any person for an offense committed against this Act or any other Act or law. may issue his warrant, directed to the inspector, to enter the premises or part of premises specified in the warrant for the purpose of exercising the powers conferred on an inspector under this Act. d). For one month from the date of issue, a warrant shall be sufficient authority for the inspector and any person acting in his aid. i) to enter the premises or part of the premises specified in the warrant; and. ii) to exercise the powers conferred on an inspector under this Act.
For the purpose of gaining access to any place to which he is authorized to enter under this Act, an inspector and any person assisting him may use as much force as is necessary. Any claim under this section may be made: (a) orally; or. b) by means of a letter addressed to the person to or to whom it was done and delivered to him personally or sent by post to his address last known to the inspector.
