A member (other than an ex-officio member) appointed by the Governor in Council shall be the Chairman of the Commission. For a club license - an amount equal to eight per cent of the gross amount (including all duties) paid or payable for or in respect of all liquor purchased during the twelve months ending on the last day of June in the preceding year or otherwise acquired for licensed premises;. iv). For a restaurant licence-:-a sum equal to eight per cent of the gross amount (including all duties) paid or payable for or in respect of all liquor during the twelve months ending on the last day of June in the preceding year was purchased or otherwise acquired for licensed premises;. you).

For a resort license - an amount equal to eight percent of the gross amount (including all charges thereon) paid or payable. for or in respect of all liquor purchased or otherwise obtained for the licensed premises during the twelve months ending on the last day of June in the preceding year. vii). For a theater license - an amount equal to eight per cent of the gross amount (including all charges thereon) paid or payable for or in respect of all liquor purchased during the twelve months ending on the last day of June in the preceding year . or otherwise acquired for the licensed premises;. viii). For a cabaret license - an amount equal to eight per cent of the gross amount (including all charges thereon) paid or payable for or in respect of all liquor purchased during the twelve months ending on the last day of June in the preceding year . or otherwise acquired for the licensed premises;.

For a tavern license—a sum equal to eight per centum of the gross amount (including all duties) paid or payable for or in respect of all liquor which during the twelve months ending on the last day of June of the previous year was purchased. or otherwise obtained for licensed premises;. xiii). For a bistro license - an amount equal to eight per centum of the gross amount (including all duties thereon) paid or payable for or in respect of all liquor which during the twelve months ending on the last day of June of the previous year was purchased. or otherwise obtained for licensed premises;. xiv). For every catering license - a sum equal to eight per cent of the gross amount (including all duties) paid or payable for or in respect of all liquor which during the twelve months ending on the last day of June of the previous year was purchased. or otherwise obtained for licensed premises;. xvi).

For a tourist park permit - an amount equal to eight percent of the gross amount (including all duties thereon) paid or payable for or in respect of all alcoholic beverages that were during the twelve months ending on the last day of June in previous year, purchased or otherwise acquired for licensed premises.

Subject to Article 4.7B of this Act, the Licensing Court may, after being satisfied that an order such as the aforementioned has not been complied with, forfeit the license in respect of the licensed premises in question. The regulations may prescribe that the application must be communicated to the public at the times and in the manner prescribed. The permission of the Licensing Court for the withdrawal of the permit and the modification of the relevant licensed premises will be proven and effected by a note on the permit.

The Licensing Court may- (a) Consider whether the premises are the subject of it. license fully complies with all or any of the prescribed requirements in relation to licensed premises; and. Any such consideration as aforesaid may be given by the Licensing Court without the Licensing Court giving the holder of the license or any other person any notice of its intention to consider all or any of such matters. In making such a valuation as aforesaid in relation to the owner of the licensed premises, the Licensing Court will determine the fair market value of the premises as licensed premises.

The compensation payable to the owner or the licensee may be an amount more than or less than the aforesaid valuation, but so that the compensation shall in the opinion of the Licensing Court be a fair and equitable compensation. The Commission may, with the prior approval of the Licensing Court, propose the removal of a license in terms of this section on its own motion or on the application of any person not disqualified by this Act from holding a licensed provision licence. {a) on entering into the contract referred to in this section and the payment to the Commission of the purchase price for the licence;.

The description of the areas covered by the new permit premises must be entered in the permit and in the permit register.

Power to require repairs and improvements to licensed premises

In part of the licensed premises of a licensed victualler where an evening meal is supplied to the public; and B). If such a person is convicted, the court must endorse the permit a registration of the conviction:. The Clerk of the Court shall notify the Commission of any such endorsement on the license.

A notice of the record of any conviction endorsed on a permit shall be sent by the executive officer to the property owner. be accompanied by two copies of the regulations of the club to which the application relates; Every voter of the district in which the restaurant in question is or will be located;

In any case in which any of the provisions of this section are violated in relation to a restaurant license, the licensee shall be guilty of an offense against this Act. In a dining room on the licensed premises of the holder of a restaurant license where an evening meal is provided to the public; And. The Licensing Court shall not grant resort licenses in excess of the maximum number for the time prescribed under this section.

Notice of the application shall be given to the public at such times and in such manner as may be determined. The provisions of this section shall not derogate from the power of the Licensing Court to refuse the grant of any bistro license for any reason appearing to the Licensing Court to be sufficient. In any case where any of the provisions of this section is violated in connection with a bistro license, the licensee shall be guilty of an offense against this Act.

Every application must be in writing and must specify-. a) the name (if any) and location of the premises in which the function will be held;.
