PART 9-AMENDMENT OF MEDICAL ACT 1939

Amended Act

71. The Medical Act 1939 is amended as set out in this Part.

Amendment of s.S (Constitution of Board; president) 72. Section 8(1) (last sentence)-

omit.

Amendment of s.9 (Disqualifications from membership of Board) 73. Section 9(a)-

omit 'Attains the age of70 years,'.

Amendment of s.18 (Specialists) 74. Section 18(1)-

omit 'who has general registration'.
