An Act To amend the Legal Practitioners Acts Amendment Act 1968 in certain particulars
[ASSENTED TO 2 APRIL, 19741 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Par~iament assembled, and by the a ~ t h o r i t y of the same, as follows:-

~ ~ o r t title and ~ i t a ~ i o n , (1) This Act may be cited as the Legal Practitioners Acts “ ~ m e n d m ~ n t Act 1974.(2) The L e ~ a l Pr~ctltioners Acts A ~ e n d ~ e n t Act 1968 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act,
(3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Legal Practitioners Acts Amendment Act 1968-1 974.
2. Collective title. The Legal Practitioners Act 188 1-1968 together with this Act may be cited as the Legal Practitioners Acts 1881-1974.
