STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1990, No. 88]

Medical Act 1939-1988 Section 2

Repeal the section.

Section 28 ( 1)

(a) In provision (i), omit "Who" and substitute "who";

(b) in provision (ii), omit "Whose" and substitute "whose".

Section 37 (3A) (c)

Insert "be" after "deemed to" where secondly occurring.

Section 37C (4)

Omit "subsection (4)" and substitute "subsection (2)".
