An effective dust collector must be provided to collect dust from the exhaust air and from the cleaning process when recycling the abrasive, and must have such a capacity that it does not require emptying more than once a day. 112, pressure helmets must be provided for use by all persons employed in a blasting enclosure or when cleaning the inside of such an enclosure. Where dust arising from the cleaning of such protective clothing and equipment is likely to be inhaled, effective measures shall be taken to prevent such inhalation.

Spray painting' means the application by spraying to any object of hydrogen peroxide, molten metal, lead paint, oil-based paint, quartz paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, oil stains, shellac, any liquid containing nitrocellulose or mixtures thereof these materials or any other flammable or toxic substances. Lead paint' means any paint, paste, spray, putty, filler, or other material used in painting which, when processed, transmits to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity of soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, 5 per cent. .
Silica paint” means any paint, paste, glaze, spray or other material containing free silica to the extent of 2 percent.

RULE 7
- Plugs, appliance plugs, cord extension sockets, flexible cords and flexible cables shall have a rating not less than the marked current rating
