An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, a further sum of Five Million Pounds to the Public Service for the year ending the thirtieth day of June, nineteen hundred and fifty-three.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :
1. This Act may be cited as the" Supply Act (No.3), 1952 ". Short title.

2. Out of the General Revenue of the State there shall be Issue and of

order, or determination of any court or other body empowered to fix or prescribe wages or salaries.
(2) The Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay such increases out of the said moneys.
