Senior External Examination
The information you provide on this form will be used in considering your eligibility for the Senior External Examination as part of legislative functions described in Education (Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority) Regulation 2014 (s.54). Personal information will be accessed by authorised QCAA staff, and handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Your name and examination subjects will be provided to your teaching and/or examination centre.
Who needs to complete this form? If you will be 16 years of age or younger at the end of the examination year and:
• are not enrolled as a Year 7–12 student being internally assessed at a Queensland secondary school
• have not received a Senior Statement or Queensland Certificate of Education by completing Year 12 at a secondary school.
How many subjects can you be approved for? Up to three subjects per year.
