FIRST YEAR
Additional points may be awarded for additional subjects taken in one or two attempts at the Higher School Certificate examination, up to a maximum of four additional subjects. All candidates may be required to attend the university for a personal interview with the selection committee.
SECOND YEAR
All courses taken after the Higher School Certificate Examination and the results obtained therefrom, although preference may be given to a candidate seeking tertiary education for the first time over one who has commenced some form of tertiary education. The faculty has decided that of the 230 candidates who will be selected, a limited number may be non-Victorians.
THIRD YEAR
FOURTH YEAR
Admission to the third year will be subject to any quota and selection that may be found necessary. To be eligible to present for this examination, such applicants must register and pay the prescribed fees, but attendance at lectures and practical work will be subject to any quota and selection that may be found necessary.
