Council consent to the cancellation of the easement to drain water 5 wide and the right of access variable width from the title of Lot 210 DP 1167544, Barwick Street, Kellyville;
and the request documents be authorised for execution under Council seal concurrently with the Subdivision Certificate for Development Consent 771/2014/ZB.
ITEM-5 CANCELLATION OF RIGHTS OF ACCESS - LOTS 206, 207 AND 212 DP 1172296, NOS. 5 & 6 WALKER AVENUE AND NO. 53 HORATIO AVENUE, KELLYVILLE 140 RESOLUTION
Council consent to the cancellation of the rights of access 2.5m wide and 3.5m wide from the title of Lots 206, 207 and 212 DP 1172296 and the request documents relating to this cancellation be authorised for execution under Council seal.

141 RESOLUTION
Council adopt the recommendations of the Local Traffic Committee for February 2015 as detailed in the report.
ITEM-7 REGIONAL ILLEGAL DUMPING SQUAD
142 RESOLUTION
Council engage in a further Co-operation Agreement with the Regional Illegal Dumping Squad for an initial three year period with an option to extend the agreement for a further three years at the General Manager’s discretion based on cost effectiveness and performance.
ITEM-8 APPLICATIONS FOR DONATIONS UNDER SECTION 356 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT - APRIL 143 RESOLUTION
The donations listed in this report under Sporting/Cultural for Individual/Teams and Special Circumstances be approved.
ITEM-9 OUTDOOR DINING LEASES FOR MAIN STREET 144 RESOLUTION
1. The free licencing for the outdoor dining policy be extended for up to three (3) years, or the completion of the stage three (3) development of Castle Towers, whichever comes first.
2. A further report on car parking for outdoor dining areas be prepared for Councils’
consideration at the conclusion of the free trial period.

145 LEAVE OF ABSENCE
Councillor Harty OAM requested leave of absence from the Council Meeting of 14 April and other meetings until 23 April 2015.
146 CONGRATULATIONS – COUNCILLOR MARK TAYLOR
All the Councillors congratulated Councillor Mark Taylor on becoming a Member of Parliament at the Elections held on 28 March 2015. Councillors also congratulated David Elliot MP on winning his seat for a second term.

147 BANNERS ON SPURWAY DRIVE, WINDSOR ROAD
Councillor Preston thanked Council for dealing with the untidy banners that were hanging off the construction fences on Spurway Drive, Windsor Road for twelve months.
Councillor Preston also requested Council to keep a close watch at other construction sites in the Shire.
148 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT – COUNCILLOR RYAN TRACEY
Councillor Taylor thanked his fellow Councillors for their good wishes. Councillor Taylor also recognised the efforts by Councillor Tracey for participating in the elections.
Councillor Taylor also thanked all the Councillors for their support and participation in the elections too.
149 LOCAL GOVERNMENT NSW
Councillor Keane asked what is Council’s position with the membership with LGNSW and how is Council considering moving forward. Councillor Jefferies advised that Council is still a member and is still funding the LGNSW. Councillor Jefferies would like to hear comments from Councillors as a way forward.
The Minutes of the above Meeting were confirmed at the Meeting of the Council held on 14 April 2015.
