An Act to vest certain Land of the Crown at Victor Harbor in the Corporation of the Town of Victor Harbor, and for other purposes.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:1. This Act may be cited as the" Victor Harbor Foreshore Act, Short title
1926."
2. (1) The pieces of land belonging to the Crown delineated in the Vesting of certa.in
plan in the Schedule hereto and therein hachured black and marked : : ~ftt~eT~~o~i·
" Reserve" shall, from the passing of this Act, cease to belong to Victor Harbor.

management of the Corporation of the Town of Victor Harbor to be held by the said Corporation for the purpose of being used at all times as a place for the recreation and amusement of the public and for no other purpose whatsoever.
(2) Any right, express or implied, to cross or otherWise make use of any of the land referred to in subsection (1) hereof for the purpose of gaining access to highwater mark, at the time of the passing of this Act vested in the owner of any.land abutting upon the public road delineated in the plan in the Schedule hereto and adjacent to the land referred to in subsection (1) hereof, is hereby detennined. ;
