An Act to amend the Health Act, 1935-1950.
[Assented to 30th November, 1950.]
BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:
Short title&. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the" Health Act Amend- ment Act (No.2), 1950 ".
(2) The Health Act, 1935-1950, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the" Health Act, 1935-1950 ".
(3) The Health Act, 1935-1950, is hereinafter referred to as
" the principal Act".
Amendment of 2. Section 128 of the principal Act is amended-

=~tlon of (a) by striking out the words " local board of the district
tuberculosis. in which the person resides" in the sixth and
seventh lines thereof and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "Central Board " ;
Amendment of principal Act, s.129- Notification fee.
(b) by striking out the words" same local board" in the eighth and ninth lines thereof and by inserting in lieu thereof the words" Central Board ".
3. Section 129 of the principal Act is amended-
(a) by striking out the words "or section 128" in the third line thereof;

(b) by adding at the end thereof the following subsection (the preceding portion of the said section being read as subsection (1) thereof) : -
(2) The Central Board shall pay to every medical practitioner a fee of two shillings for every report made by him to the Central Board under section 128: Provided that where a report or reports is or are made concerning two or more persons in the same building only one such fee shall be payable.
