An Act to amend the Young Men's Christian Association of Port Pirie Act, 1918.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :
Shorttltles.
1.
(1) This Act may be cited as the" Young Men's ChristianAssociation of Port Pirie Act Amendment Act, 1951 ".
(2) The Young Men's Christian Association of Port Pirie Act, 1918, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the "Young Men's Christian Association of Port Pirie Act, 1918-1951 ".
(3) The Young Men''S Christian Association of Port Pirie Act, 1918, is hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act ".
Incorporation. 2. This Act is incorporated with the principal Act and that
Act and this Act shall be read as one Act.
~~e~lment of 3. Section 3 of the principal Act is amended so as to read
principal Act,- as follows : -
Constitution. 3. The Constitution of the Young Men's Christian
Association of Port Pirie shall, subject to any amendments thereof duly made in accordance with the said Constitution, be as set forth in the First Schedule.
