PUBLIC NOTICES

PLANNING PROPOSAL APPLYING TO FACILITATE BULKY GOODS PREMISES AT 328–334 ANNANGROVE ROAD, ROUSE HILL (8/2018/PLP)

Council has received Gateway Determination to proceed with a planning proposal applying to land at 328–334 Annangrove Road (Lot 34 DP834050 and Lots 12 & 13 DP833069). The planning proposal seeks to enable commercial development comprising approximately 60,000sqm of bulky goods floor space.

It is proposed to amend Schedule 1 of The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 to include Bulky Goods Premises as an additional permitted use on the subject site.

No changes to the B6 Enterprise Corridor zone or applicable development standards are proposed. Delegation for making of the amendment has been issued to Council under the Gateway Determination.

The planning proposal is now on exhibition and available for inspection at the following locations:
