[No one will be admitted to this Examination who has not entered his name and paid the fee for as many subjects as would enable him on passing In them to Matriculate, and at the time of entry paid his fee for some full First*Year University course for a Degree. Such fee, in case of his failure to pass for Matriculation, but in no other case, shall be returned, and no Certificate shall be issued and no publication shall be made for or in respect of any subject passed at any such Examination except in the esse of candidates entitled to matriculate.]
