Department of Transport Brisbane, 12th June, 1986 HIS Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, in pursuance of the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Safety Act 1980-1985, has been pleased to make the following amend- ments to the Motor Vehicles Inspection and Safety Regulations 1985 to come into force on 1st September, 1986.

The First Schedule is repealed and the following new First Schedule is inserted in its stead:-
"THE FIRST SCHEDULE FEES
Part A FEES TO BE PAID TO THE COMMISSIONER-
(a) 1. For each inspection of a motor vehicle pursuant to section 23 (I) of this Act by an Inspector other than those inspections to which provision 3 hereof applies:-
