An Act to amend the Natural Gas (Interim Supply) Act 1985.
[Assented to 8 August 1996]
The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:
Short tide
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Natural Gas (Interim Supply) (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 1996.
(2) The Natural Gas (Interim Supply) Act 1985 is referred to in this Act as "the principal Act".
Amendment of s. 3-lnterpretation
2. Section 3 of the principal Act is amended by striking out from subsection (1) the definitions of "crude oH" and "the P.A.S.A. Future Requirements Agreement".
Repeal of
s.
63. Section 6 of the principal Act is repealed.
Repeal of
ss.
8 to 114. Sections 8 to 11 (inclusive) of the principal Act are repealed.

5. The following section is inserted after section 15 of the principal Act:
Expiry of Act
16. This Act will expire on a day to be fIxed by proclamation.
