An Act to amend the Barley Marketing Act,

[Assented to 15th November, 1956.]

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Barley Marketing Act Amendment Act, 1956".

(2) The Barley Marketing Act, 1947-1952, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the "Barley Marketing Act, 1947-1956".

(3) The Barley Marketing Act, 1947-1952, is hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act".

Short titles.

2. This Act is incorporated with the principal Act and that Incorporation.

Act and this Act shall be read as one Act.

3. Section 14 of the principal Act is amended by striking Amen1mentor

out the words "the next succeeding section" and inserting in ~~ci~al ^Act- lieu thereof "section 15 of this Act". ~::rv:: or

4. The following section is enacted and inserted in the Enactment or 8.14a of

principal Act after section 14 thereof:- principal Aot-

14a. (1) A person shall not buy barley from the grower t::;'ha:oor

(2) This section shall not apply to a purchase of barley in the course of trade commerce or intercourse between States.
