it Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows :

1.

Section 2 of the Act No. 6, of 1875, is hereby amended by Reduction of fee.

the insertion of the words Two Shillings and Sixpence" in lieu of the words Ten Shillings," occurring therein.

This Act shall be incorporated, and, save so far as inconsistent I~corpomion.

therewith, read as one with the said Act, No. 6 of

1875.
