I hereby assert that the paintings supplied on this internship document are done by me and have now not previously been subjected to internal quality assurance procedures in global. Quality assurance ensures that the result of the manufacturing process is a reliable, high-quality finished product. The scope of the internal quality assurance process can be explained with the help of the following point.
Ensure that effective motivation is provided to all members of the review and quality assurance teams as essential. Internal quality assurance procedures are one of the most necessary and confidential sections in any organization. One of my main limitations is that I was not allowed to recognize and collect some of the internal quality assurance procedures that are currently being implemented, as well as some that are not being implemented.
Internal quality assurance measures student achievement, assessors' judgments, assessors' knowledge and the standard of processes and procedures within the provider. Internal quality assurance helps ensure that IQA assessments and activities are valid, authentic, sufficient, fair and reliable.

From the above discussion we learned that the main reason for the product development process is to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize customer churn. With increased competition, the focus of the clothing industry on actions to observe the process has improved. In the apparel industry, the product development department is a window to new buyers in terms of pricing, sampling and order collection.
Now we will talk about a more general clothing product development process that considers the function of designer's plan or the initial design conception to make the product organized for final production. When developing products, it is important to know the business model (such as wholesale brand, private label, store brand, customized product, etc.) and if the product is a new design or discount, so that the functions can be adjusted at these stages for the business model's product situation. Product development strategy and processes for apparel industries are as similar as the number of companies in this field, as well as the complexities and simplicity; values and visions; market share and access of each company, but for the purpose of this essay I will review these processes in the basic steps essential for the actualization and success of any product development Endeavor within the industry in focus.
The product development process is a team effort of a number of people involved from a number of departments in an apparel organization. The information from this effort will help the designers and the PD team to formulate a plan for the new line with a positive (brand) reflection to influence the consumer section that the company is targeting its sales. After the planning, the PD process begins with the design, which is an essential component in the development of style products.
The design process begins with a line concept, which explains the mood, idea and other key elements that contribute to the identity of the line. To develop the line concept, the designers achieve their inspiration for designs by conducting research. The fashion research provides trends for the period such as silhouette, design details, colors, materials and finishes.
Prospective companies assess what has happened in the past and project what may happen in the coming season, following economic trends, social and cultural trends, technological advances, and political influences, all of which can have an impact. in product design as well as on consumer behavior and spending.
Design development: line development
This is done by researching the target consumers and their activities, their preferred product design and features and the general market trend. Textile designers get their inspiration from mood boards from the design team, scene reports, print suppliers and observation of other fashion manufacturers or retailers.

This is because the quality is one of the key factors influencing customers' buying decisions. Extrinsic quality is not part of the vague product; it is all around the product like brand, store, price, merchandising, marketing and response from retailer. Dyes themselves sometimes cause damage to the fibers and negatively affect the durability of the (GOL).
The tulle weave has a technical face and back, the technical face is the side of the fabric with the pointed sleeve. Pretreatment minimizes the risk of unwanted growth and discoloration when in the hands of the buyer. Due to the confiscation of the size, this process is also called desiring. During knitting, the size is used to strengthen the thread and after knitting it must be removed from the fabric.
Due to the reduced wet and dry rub fastness of the indigo dye, every step in the (GOL) washing process can make a big difference. Each process will have some kind of authority on the sustainability of the (GOL). GOL) Wet process Stone wash. Strict controls can prevent damage to the strength of the fibers and to the visible parts of the seam.
In fire-made fabric, cellulose enzymes by means of hydrolysis remove the extraneous fibers, even those that hold dye. The process must be strictly controlled due to the heating of the enzymes against temperature, time and pH. This process can be done in different ways and will also give the garment a better manifestation.
The abrasive effect of heavy stone washing depends on the type of stones, the enzyme type and the period of the process. Discoloration is when only parts of the garment are dyed and dying when the entire garment is dyed. Internal quality assurance procedures are related to concert of the employees because training and development make the employee perform better.
Chapter:05
Findings & Analysis
Significant changes in strength before and after washing were noted in some of the fabrics. Two out of three stonewashed fabrics and none of the raw fabrics passed the test when wet. For all the washed (GOL), no twists or accepted twists were observed after the first and second washes.
Measurements made on nine company styles show that all nine have one or more deviations from the company's normal charitable values. Except for one style, the test showed that styles with a large drop in the warp direction also lost strength in the weft direction. Eight styles lost more than 10% in the weft direction. Heavy Stone Wash showed a significant change in strength before and after washing for the three fabrics.
The Rinse Washed pattern decreased in direction as well as in weft, although the weft decrease was greater. One of the fabrics shows a decrease in strength in the fabric, however the decrease is most likely not affecting the fabric as a part as it is still well above the obtained requirements. This was not surprising since bleaching leads to decline in cotton fiber, and especially eglantine fiber.
The Heavy Bleach and Stone Washed fabric was the one with the most decline, both in straight fabric and in weft. The one motivation for the dimensional change, shrinkage, for all the materials is hard to say. Shrinkage in straight direction is more critical than shrinkage in weft direction when it comes to (GOL), especially (GOL) of cotton and eglantine.
Due to the greater strength of the cotton fiber, stretching does not weaken the fiber or affect the durability of the (GOL).

Recommendations and Conclusion
All parts can be considered "critical" and important to be able to create high quality (GOL). It is important for a (GOL) brand to be nit-picking from the start and also set high demands on materials and manufacturing. From this study it could be determined that if you are careful from the beginning and high quality fibers etc. choose, the finish is the most critical aspect of the manufacturing process of (GOL).
It has been very difficult to find detailed information on different (GOL) processes and on the chemicals used in the processes, which in turn has made it difficult to see what may be causing the injuries in the different processes and what is possible. are necessary to change. GOL) becomes weaker during washing, without wild speculation. In this study, they were all washed in the same washing machine, with the same washing program and with the same detergent. Overall, the samples showed good results and the authors can only conclude that these were not a problem in this case.
As mentioned earlier, near the short quality assurance (GOL) the company should be careful from the beginning and put low weight on the fabric and developed. It can be individual from the main reason why customers recover their (GOL), especially not for customers who try on the garment in the store after purchase. In the save statistics, it should in a more patented way become visible if (GOL) are common due to the concern, and before an additional base like "broken fabric".
Today, a concern claim can be recognized with "broken fabric" as a basis, which results in confusing statistics and as a result the statistics are complicated to use in the quality management. For some area the finish will be open and the wear finish can be made with "contemplation" so avoidable wear is avoided. In the end, it forces you to pit the design against the durability aspect and decide which one is more important.
Therefore, recycling is not necessarily a sign of poor quality and the solution does not have to be to increase the quality requirements.
