Abstract
For the purpose of internship, I went to “Tejgaon Government High Shool” which is in Tejgaon Dhaka. I did the internship from 2nd October to 6th October. At first, I met the Headmistress for permission then I showed her the recommendation letter provided me by my department. The Headmistress introduced me with three English teachers of that school and she told these teachers to help me to complete my work. The Headmistress specially asked MD. Zakir Hossain sir to help me what I needed and he gave me a complete routine and date from which day I could start my work. Then he asked me to attend the classes 9(A), 9(B) & 7(A). Then I had observed three classes and also had to take three classes. At first, I observed these three classes and I learned many things from both the Teaches and students. When I took the classes I feel so excited and it was a great experience for me.

CHAPTER-I
Introduction
English is the most important language because it is our primary source of communication and interact with other people around us. Day by day the necessity of speaking and learning English is increasing. It is the most spoken official language in the world. In this modern world English is must. In Bangladesh English language is very important for us. Especially a language teaching methods and approach in important. Now a day our government provided multimedia classroom and keep listing, speaking and writing section in English texts to improve our student’s skill.

Objectives
The objectives of this internship are:
To get clear concept of the scenarios of English language teaching in Bangladeshi school.
To learn how to teach and maintain a class.
To learn how to teach and teaching techniques of the teacher.
To teach how to lesson plan.

CHAPTER-III
Methodology
Selecting Institution:
1. The name of the institution is “Tejgaon Government High school”, Tejgaon Dhaka.
Selecting Classes:
2. I observed three classes are: 9(A), 9(B), & 7(A).
Selecting Facilitators:
3. The facilitator’s name is MD. Zakir Hossain, Senior English Teacher, Tejgaon Government High School.

CHAPTER-IV
Institution Details
The school name of Tejgaon Government High School. It is situated at farmgate in Dhaka and it is one of the oldest school in Dhaka. This is a well-known school and also famous school in Dhaka city. It is a Bangla medium. The school has two shifts. Morning shift and day shift. This school has includes both boys and girls in separate session. Morning shift for girls and day shift for boys.
In the school the total amount of student near 2500. In the school there are three groups: 1) science 2) commerce & 3) Arts. There are 60 class room in this school. The school has four building. There a large playground. In this school, they have a library, a computer room, a canteen, teacher’s common room, the Headmistress room, Assistant Headmistress, a waiting room for guardians, they also have two multimedia class rooms, chemistry lab, biology lab, physics lab, washroom and also a beautiful flower garden. In the school, there are one head teacher, two assistant head teachers, and fifty assistant teachers. The school provides tiffin every day. And also provides fresh water.
The school also make cultural program, sports, debate etc. The school also arranges annual prize ceremony program. And every years the head teacher arranges a picnic for student.
The head teacher is a very nice women and also strict to maintain the rules of this school. She is a well-educated person and other teacher also highly educated. In the school, the dress code for girl’s full white and boys is nevi blue pants and white shirt. Overall Teajaon Government high school is a best school in Dhaka city. And every year the school achieve a best result.

CHAPTER-V
Class Observation Reports
For my internship, I was permit to observe at least three classes of the school. Then, I chose Tejgaon Government High School. I observed three classes are: 9(A), 9(B), and 7(A). The observation reports are given below:
1st class:
At first, I observed class nine, section A on 2nd October 2018. It was English 2nd paper class. This was the 3rd period. Class time was 40 minutes. The class teacher name is Md. Zakir Hossain. When the teacher come into the classroom all the students stood up and gave him salam and he also took the salam. Then the teacher introduced me to the students. The teacher wrote the topic on the white board and the topic is “voice changes”. Then teacher discussed about voice changes. Teacher teach the students how to change active to passive and passive to active voice. Teacher gave some rules and also gave some example. The students also wrote down their all necessary notes. Sometime teacher made some funny example to keep students in a jolly mood. He is a very good and friendly teacher but he is also strict and maintaining discipline in the classroom. In the class, the interaction between teacher and students was good. Although, it was an English class and teacher teach English but sometime he used Bangla words for the student’s better understanding and teacher communicated to the students easily. Overall, his teaching system is so good and satisfactory.

ndclass:
The second class that I observed class nine, section B on 3rd October 2018. It was the 3rd period.
The class teacher name is Md. Razzak Hossain. He is a teacher of English 1st paper. When he come into the class all the students stood up and gave him salam. Then he wrote the topic in the white board and also wrote he class time. It was a 4o minutes class. Then he started his class and the name of the unit was “nature and environment”. In the classroom, teacher read the whole passage and he also summaries this unit. He translated the passage English to Bangla for the better understanding to the students. Then, teacher gave fill in the gaps to the students to complete and after sometime teacher told the correct answer. At the end of the class, teacher gave some model question to the students for the next class. Then the class time was finished. Sir and I left the class room.

rdclass:
This is my last observation class in 6th October 2018. I observed class 7, section A and it was English 1st paper class. The teacher name is Md. Mubarak Ali and he is a teacher of English 1st paper. This was the 2nd period. It was a 40 minutes class. When he entered into the classroom all the students gave him salam. Then he started his class and talk about the topic with the students.
He wrote the topic name on the board and the topic is paragraph writing. He wrote the paragraph name and also wrote five question which is related to the paragraph and the paragraph name is
“Necessary of learning English”. Teacher asked each of the students to write these question and he gave 15 minutes to finish this tasks.

After some time, students complete their paragraph and Students wrote the paragraph without help of any books or anything. At the end of the class, teacher checkout some of student book. Then he gave some homework. Overall I think he is good teacher on the other side he also a strict person but I think teacher should be little bit more friendly of students.

CHAPTER-VI
Teaching Experience
At first, I talk about my first experience of teaching. Then I asked to teach at least three classes for my internship program. I took their classes and I tried to give my best performance. Now I am share my teaching experience.
Class-1:
I was so excited about my teaching because it was my first experience on teaching in a school. I made a lesson plan for what I would like to teach my students.
The first class that I took was class 9, section B on 3rd October 2018. It was the 3rd period. When I entered the classroom and all the students stood up and gave me salam and I told them to sit dawn.
At first I wrote the name of the topic on the board and the topic which I had selected is tag question.
Then I wrote some rules of tag question on the board and I tried my best to make it clear for them.
I’m also gave some examples for every rules. I asked them whether they understood or not after finishing rules. Then I gave some activities and they did it. Then I checked them out and found some mistakes and I made this topic clear again to the students. At the end of the class I was satisfied to take the class. Because all the students were very helpful and active in the classroom.

On the second day of my internship, I took class on 9, section B in 4th October. It was 2nd period of the school. I started my class and talk about a little bit myself. Then I told them that our today’s topic is “Degree”. In English grammar, degree is the most important grammar. After that I started to talk about degree’s three forms are positive, comparative superlative. I wrote some rules on the board and gave examples. Later, I gave some questions and told them to write the correct answer. After that, I asked them whether there was any questions or not. Some of the students asked me some question and answered them. Overall it was a nice experience to me.
Class-3:
It was my last class of internship. The class was on English 1st paper with class 7, section A. it was 4th October 2018. When I entered to the classroom all the students gave me salam and I took the salam and wished them “Good Noon” to draw their attention and make them easy. Then I introduced myself and then I wrote the topic on the board. The topic name is “Climate Change”.
Then I read the full passage and summaries the whole passage, I gave some W/H question like;
what is climate change? What are the cause’s responsible for climate change? And the last question is how is Bangladesh being affected by it? They wrote all the question answer and I solves those question answer and I found some spelling mistakes and other grammatical mistakes. After that, I asked them whether there was any questions or not. Some of them asked me some question and I answers them. But this class was a little bit noisy and it was difficult for me to handle them.

CHAPTER-VII
Overall Finding
The academic system of the school is good.
The classroom are enough in size. They have sufficient fans, lights, benches etc.
The students are so active in the classroom. When I have taken the class I found the students were very eager to learn.
Teachers always encourage to students to speak in English.
The school Head teacher, Teachers and staff all are so helpful.
In the classroom teachers always maintain their eye-contact to the students.
Teachers always encourage to student to speak in English.
They didn’t used technology in the classroom.

CHAPTER-VIII
Recommendation
The school is well organized and the environment of the school is good. The teachers are also highly educated, qualified and well trained. Their behavior and attitude are so good. In my opinion they apply more techniques to make the classes more enjoyable so that students learn easily.

CHAPTER-IX
Conclusion
At the end my internship journey is so memorable. All the teachers are so helpful and I also got a lot of love from the students. And this internship helped me to develop myself and my confidence level.
