Terms and conditions:
1. The work will be completed within 7 days from the date of issue of work order or as specified by the University authority.
2. The quotation will be sent to the purchase office, at Plot-16, Block-B, Aftabuddin Ahmed Road, Bashundhara, Dhaka by March 30, 2017.
3. The total quoted amount should be expressed in round figure (Taka) and inclusive of VAT or any other applicable Govt. Tax.
4. The University authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of the items and accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
5. Payment will be made within thirty days from the date of submission of the bill & after proper certification from the concerned authority of the University.
