Terms and conditions:
1. Sealed quotation will be submitted to the Purchase & Procurement Department at Plot-16, Block-B, Bashundhara, Dhaka - by June 6, 2022
2. The products will be delivered within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of isuing of the work order
3. The total quoted amount should be expressed in round figure (Taka) and inclusive of VAT or any other applicable Govt. Tax
4. The vendor will be liable for supplying the products at IUB, if any is found defective and not as per the desired specification/quality the vendor will replace the same at his own cost.
5. The payment will be made within thirty days from the date of submission of the bill and after proper certification from the concerned authority of the University.
6. The University authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of the items and accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
7. The bidder will mention brands, models, country of origins, country of assembling and delivery date of the products.
