ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION
CHAPTER I
Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated countries in the world and it is estimated that the country's population will almost double by 2050 (BBS, 2005). The forest in Bangladesh has been recorded to cover 35% of the land in 1919 and 25% of the land in 1936, but at present this has shrunk to l 7% of either forest or potential forest land. But the country's environmental problems are becoming acute due to lack of sufficient forest areas.
A significant depletion of forest resources has occurred in the last few decades and now it has been reduced to less than Bangladesh is located in the northeastern part of South Asia, extending between 20° 34' and 26° 38' north latitude and between 88 ° 0 l' and 92° 41' East longitude.
Chapter I
The total area is 14.4 million hectares, of which land covers 13.62 million hectares and rivers cover 0.78 million hectares.
I NTROD UCTIO N
To start a nursery business in our country, there are no good seedlings and saplings, nursery production costs are high, lack of skilled manpower, high labor costs, lack of improved cultivated method, lack of illiteracy, lack of awareness, lack of training and knowledge about nurseries, germination problems and reproduction, lack of motivation to expand, lack of capital, lack of bank credit, lack of land and high land price/rent. In my study area, the main problems are the lack of skilled labor and land. To determine the quality of nursery owners in the nursery business in the area under consideration. . ii).
The plants will remain an essential part of the enviable mental balance of Dhaka because plants can purify the environment.
REVIEW OF LITERATURE
CHAPTER II
Concept of nur sery
In the country, a temporary nursery is established only for one or two planting seasons. These nurseries often grow a few species only for one area and are usually located near nursery plantations for ease of transport of seedlings.

Ahmed (2003) reported that daycare is one of the most important income-based activities in Bangladesh. It is about poverty reduction and socio-economic upliftment of the poor part of the population. Powdery mildew is a plant disease in which the pathogen is seen as a growth on the surface of the host.
Bose and Roshetko (2001 a) reported that crickets, mostly Tarbinskielhus, Brachytrypes protentosus, live in the deep tunnels made in the soil that open at the surface of the soil into large, conspicuous holes around the ejected soil. All fertilizer applications except K alone have significant effects on seedling dry weight. The persistence of selected characters in the offspring depends on the genetic dominance of the characters.

The interview schedule was pre-tested with 10 nursery owners and then finalized. Pretesting allowed the researcher to examine the appropriateness of various questions and the status of the instrument overall. The final version of the instrument was developed based on pre-test experiences regarding validity, suggestions, corrections and comments from the research supervisor and experts.
An updated list of all nursery owners of Dhaka district has been prepared with the help of nursery owners. The total number of nursery owners was therefore compared for the changes between after and before involvement in nursery activities of the district. Nursery Factors: The factors of this study were nursery size, number of species, communication exposure, problem of nursery and annual income.
Nursery owners' factors: The nursery owners' factors in this study were age, education, family size, occupation, gender participation, training and were age, education, family size, occupation, gender participation, training and knowledge of nursery. The education of nursery owners was an important indicator for the respondents of activity in the nursery business. The age of the nursery owners was an important factor for the respondents for activity in the nursery business.
