I also used to work in the advance department, which takes care of loan and loan recovery. I helped correct the report by making sure all customer information was entered correctly on all account opening forms.
I have also contributed to work in other departments such as receiving the checks for settlements and giving a receipt stamp on them and also ensuring that the charges associated with transferring the money from the settlement department are also debited from the account of the customer have been deducted. I also helped the clearing department in sending RTGS of the customers through the NCCBL website. I also helped the customers to submit their debit or credit card application and submit it through the bank's website so that the head office can send it according to the application. From the answer to the above question, we noticed that respondents do not find NCCBL's marketing very satisfactory, which led to the answer to this survey question.
The respondents would like to know more about the products and other information related to those products via the. Most of the people do not have an account with this bank and due to the weak marketing of NCCBL, many people are not aware of its various products such as the truths of customer care. From the survey, we came to know that many people are interested in the products and the detailed information about the charges or interest related to those products. NCCBL should use social media to advertise their products and services because during this pandemic most of the people became more active on social media than before. Earned media (also called "free media") refers to publicity earned without the use of paid advertising. A testimonial on social media, word of mouth, a mention on television or radio, a newspaper article or editorial – earned media can take many different forms, but one constant remains: it is not welcome and can only happen organically are acquired. Traditional advertising cannot be purchased or owned in the same way. NCCBL can also use this method for marketing their products and services. Conversational marketing is just that: a discussion.
